“View from room was amazing. Upstairs AC was not working very good. Unknown noises were bothered kids. Code from Parking was notworking. Parking fee was a little extra to pay.”

“This was a perfect place for our family. great views and very comfortable. Make sure you check for beach accessories prior to buying as some stuff may be there. Amazing access to the beach and perfect for families.”

“We enjoyed the place, especially the proximity to beach and stores. Place was comfy and clean. Although they may do area standard stocking of arrival amenities, it is severely lacking from what’s available in the rest of the country. For instance to provide you with one washing machine soap (usually when there is a washer I find a Costco size tub of pods provided) and one dishwasher pack and then expect you to buy a pack of those and run the dishwasher before you leave is a bit ridiculous. And I’ve never been in a place with a kitchen and not been provided dish soap to at least hand wash dishes. Finally, the ceiling in the bathroom was dripping water when maids upstairs were cleaning that unit, I let them know and they said it would be addressed.”

“Beware booking any listing from Prickett properties. On the property listing they mention that you have to sign a rental agreement contract before you check in. But they do not disclose what is in the contract so that you can review it before booking. The contract is a 13 page document that is very advantageous to the host and right restrictive to the renter. They will not let you check in without signing that contract. The host sends you a link to your phone to their website where they inform you that you can rent directly from them instead of going through Airbnb which is against Airbnb policy and should have them banned.”
