“The location is great. The size + outdoor spaces were nice for enjoying the weather. (Though the outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned.) What did not go well: When we left for the day + returned, we could tell someone had been in the rental. I asked the prop mgr + there was no response that night (in meantime, we were weirded out). The next am, they first said no. Then they realized their exterminator had been there to set ant traps, that they normally do it when guests aren’t there as the traps draw the ants out … which they did! There were ants in the bathroom, kitchen + attic floor in the master. When I shared this with the prop mgr, she offered to have cleaners clean up the ants + for us to have a late check out, which we appreciated. What I wanted was a partial refund. For what we paid (*a lot* for 3 nights) that’s two strikes. She agreed to do a refund but would not specify an amount. It was less than 10% of the total cost. I asked for more. She stopped communicating with us.”

“The home was in a great area and was very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to access the Cliff drive so easily. We did have a problem with small ants in the kitchen that we communicated to the owners. Although they sent someone out the next day, the ants remained. In addition, the listing described a "coffee bar" for patrons use. Although there was a coffee maker and a few filters, there were no other supplies, or the actual coffee, for making coffee. We notified the owners, and although they acknowledged the message, there was no resolution. This was very disappointing.”

“Decent, but lots left to desire. Really saving grace was location to area shops, bars, restaurants, and ocean. Parking is absolutely terrible. On going construction going on right next door.”

“Turns out this is a resort and when booking through Ab&b - you are treated like second class citizens. No beach chairs or umbrella in unit and hotel would not rent me one for that reason. Unit desperately needs deep cleaning and updating. The place is beautiful and I am definitely returning but I will do so directly through hotel and ask for a better unit. Sofa bed is probably ok for 8 yo, but not for an adult.”

“The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool was just steps away, which was perfect for the kids. The only downside was that the TV in the primary bedroom didn’t work and, unfortunately, it wasn’t repaired during our stay. We also learned that because we booked through a third party rather than Seascape Resort directly, the resort was unable to assist with the TV issue or provide golf cart transportation to the beach. That was especially disappointing because my daughter had recently undergone leg surgery and wasn’t able to walk long distances. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the condo itself, but those service limitations were frustrating and are worth knowing before booking.”

“Welcome e-mail instructions did not provide clear directions to the unit. I needed to ask a groundskeeper as signage at Seascape did not point out the unit. The front door is under a staircase and is not readily visible from the parking. There is also not clear signage on property directing to the proper building. Otherwise, everything great.”

“We enjoyed our stay but the description of the room felt misleading of where the pool/hot tub was from the room. On the map of the resort, there is a pool/hot tub right outside the room. But that pool is not accessible for private renters. The pool/hot tub we were allowed to use was about a 10 minute walk from the room, on the other side of the property. We ended up driving there most nights. It wasn’t the end of the world, as there were plenty of spots to park at near the pool, but it was a major let down from what we thought we were getting when we booked the room.”

“The room is just as pictured. Great location. However booking through the Airbnb portal you do not get the same amenities as others in the resort. The code given to the pool is not the pool closest to the room as that one requires a key card, It’s in the other end of the property, long walk. The pool and jacuzzi were great once we got over having to walk down for a while. There is not AC in the room so something to keep in mind. The Roku wasn’t working during our stay so that was a bummer but bed was really comfortable.”

“A beautiful location and a very clean unit. Really enjoyed our stay. Only downfall was that they only provided 1 towel set per guest for almost a week’s stay - said they didn’t have more to bring, so we had to go purchase some extras.”

“Starting off with cons followed by pros. Check-in tricky! Confirmation said check in at 3PM. It took three methods of contact to finally get someone to respond and I think we finally got check-in instructions by 3:30. After returning from beach 1st night we noticed only 4 bath towels. Looked all over for more towels(marketed as a 6 person unit) texted host, no response. I called the emerg. property # (part of our listing) which then advised me to text. After texting still no response. So we bought our own detergent and just washed the towels. But one lucky adult always got to use a hand towel to dry off ha ha. Fireplace didn't work!! Pros: Clean! Quiet! Beautiful ocean views off all THREE decks. The beach toys and boogie boards were such a perk!!!The beach is a pretty decent hike away.If you have kids there is a beach about 5 min away with easy walk on access. Mattresses were so comfy. Two tvs with cable. SO nice. All in all unit was great. Communication was poor”
