“This house is right in the downtown of Capitola. A great location for a beach weekend. Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults each with a good size queen or king bedroom if you can all agree to using one very nice bathroom. We managed in the kitchen. There is a “tight booth style” table with narrow access for eating. Not optimal for 6 adults to eat at. But we cooked and made do. The kitchen is due for a “supplies refresh”. A new sink straining basket, more spoons, a toss out of old oil, some new kitchen dish towels and such. Just a good refresh. FYI: There is no dishwasher and no garbage disposal in the kitchen as well. Overall it was a great stay.”

“this is a nice clean place and a great option if you wish to stay at Seascape resort and be in walking distance down to the beach. its not right on the beach and does take about 10 minutes to walk down to it and some effort to walk back up, but fine and easy for a healthy person. My mother who stayed at the resort certainly couldn't do the walk without a golf cart. The balcony is nice although you can't see the ocean from the balcony. Everything is clean and nice and plenty of space but its a little under exciting, and the light from the outside comes into the bedroom and you have to have the bedroom curtains closed every minute or it feel like people could see in although there is def not a lot of people there to look in on the second floor. I just kind of felt the entire Seascape resort is quiet and peaceful but a bit boring and the pool is small. Still its cheaper then if you book directly at the hotel. And everything was clean and fine. Just a bit dull.”

“The room is just as pictured. Great location. However booking through the Airbnb portal you do not get the same amenities as others in the resort. The code given to the pool is not the pool closest to the room as that one requires a key card, It’s in the other end of the property, long walk. The pool and jacuzzi were great once we got over having to walk down for a while. There is not AC in the room so something to keep in mind. The Roku wasn’t working during our stay so that was a bummer but bed was really comfortable.”

“A beautiful location and a very clean unit. Really enjoyed our stay. Only downfall was that they only provided 1 towel set per guest for almost a week’s stay - said they didn’t have more to bring, so we had to go purchase some extras.”

“Only negative about this place is parking. There is one shared parking spot with the neighbor. First come first service basis. If you do t get it you have to park across the street.”

“Stayed here 3 nights with my parents, husband and 2.5 year old. The appointment of this condo is lovely, however, there were some disappointments during our stay. Clearer parking instructions, pool map and communication from Power West could be improved. The condo is in front of a pool, but not the one renters can use. We also had a non-functioning fireplace, TV and missing iron. Aside from the hiccups the unit is very nice. Would not recommend for those with accessibility needs. If I visited again, I may look into staying at a location operated through the resort as they seem to have many more amenities and on-site assistance.”

“Starting off with cons followed by pros. Check-in tricky! Confirmation said check in at 3PM. It took three methods of contact to finally get someone to respond and I think we finally got check-in instructions by 3:30. After returning from beach 1st night we noticed only 4 bath towels. Looked all over for more towels(marketed as a 6 person unit) texted host, no response. I called the emerg. property # (part of our listing) which then advised me to text. After texting still no response. So we bought our own detergent and just washed the towels. But one lucky adult always got to use a hand towel to dry off ha ha. Fireplace didn't work!! Pros: Clean! Quiet! Beautiful ocean views off all THREE decks. The beach toys and boogie boards were such a perk!!!The beach is a pretty decent hike away.If you have kids there is a beach about 5 min away with easy walk on access. Mattresses were so comfy. Two tvs with cable. SO nice. All in all unit was great. Communication was poor”
