“Overall great place. Good location, easy in and out plenty of space for everyone inside and out. There was a fairly serious maintenance issue discovered upon check in and reported but was never addressed.”

“The condo itself is beautiful and deserves 5 stars. It was spotless, spacious, well-stocked with towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the pool was amazing, and the pool was one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, everything outside the condo was disappointing. Communication was poor from the start. We had trouble getting into the condo and later had Wi-Fi issues. We contacted the host multiple times but didn’t receive a response until the next day. I eventually found the router had simply been switched off. We also called guest services several times with little or no help, and the gate staff were rude. The biggest issue was the beach. None of the many restrictions were communicated before booking. The beach was overcrowded, Shibumi shades aren’t allowed, tram service has limitations, and it felt like the setup favored rental vendors over guests bringing their own equipment.”

“I have been on Airbnb for over 10 years and this has to be top five of my favorite vacations mostly because of this rental. It was able to fit my family, my sister’s family, my brother’s family, as well as my elderly parents very comfortably. We all had room rooms. All the children were able to stay together and spend time together and the space was beyond beautiful. We did have a little trouble with the golf cart that we work through it. My only complaint is that the guests prior to us left a ton of trash in the trash bin and we had nowhere to put our trash upon checkout and when trying to get guidance two days prior to check out, we never got a response until after we left. Although we didn’t need much, the host was just not responsive, but that by no means ruined our trip we had a great time everybody loved it, but it would’ve just been nice to have a more responsive host. I would still stay here if we came back.”

“This is the first negative review I’ve ever left, but our experience warrants it. We booked this home because it included golf carts for my father, who has bad knees. Upon arrival, neither cart worked. The blue cart had ripped seats and later died completely, requiring us to push it into a parking space. The charging cord was damaged and tripped the breaker. Only one replacement cart was eventually provided. The home showed significant wear and deferred maintenance: sugar ants in the downstairs bathroom/kitchen, broken TVs, non-working outlets, unstable front door handle, unreliable Wi-Fi, ripped chairs, stained couch with worn cushions, and overall visible wear. Maintenance responses were slow, causing us to waste vacation time waiting. We eventually stopped reporting issues because little was being resolved. No checkout instructions were provided, and the cleaning crew arrived at 9:30 even though checkout was 10:00, making us feel rushed. Disappointing overall.”

“The electricity to the house went out the house tried to say that we caused this by over using the garbage disposal. They also said we caused incidental damages from nick and scratches that were at ankle level.”

“Overall the stay was great and our family really enjoyed it. The house itself was great and in a great location. I will say that it’s difficult at times to get ahold of and a response from the host. The lock wasn’t working correctly the first evening we got there, so I sent a message as soon as we noticed the issue. I got a response the next morning that someone would be out there to fix it that day. They came out that evening and couldn’t fix it, so they had to send a locksmith out to change the lock fully. So we had to leave the home unlocked for almost a full 24 hours. Also some of the remotes needed batteries replaced, so we just went ahead and did that. The volume for the tv in the living room wouldn’t work at all. The guy that came to look at the lock figured out what to do in order to get it working. The fridge doors would not stay shut and the first night the freezer thawed out everything we had in there. Overall we were pleased”

“Needs to provide at least two parking permit - update kitchen pots and pans provide more trash bags and fix laundry door - dryer needs to be replaced or fix heating element”

“House was great, super comfortable and well decorated. Few minor things id recommend, but nothing major. Back yard could use some sprucing up and landscaping. Very minimal communication from the host. We had problems with the grill working and being out of propane. My message through Airbnb was never answered. A few text my husband sent directly were occasionally answered and not in a timely manner and with no follow-up. We eneded up purchasing our own bottle of propane and my husband spent hours working on the grill and cleaning and finally got it to work the next day. The power was also shut off 4 days into our vacation and when I ask the electrician parked outside why we had no power, he said it was for non payment. I dont feel i got the response or the support from the host through this issue as well. so great place if you dont need anything from the host.”

“​The only upside to this apartment is the location; it is very close to the beach and local entertainment. Beyond that, the experience was highly frustrating and definitely not worth the price. ​The seating situation is a major hassle. You have to bring your own chairs to sit in the public area, but you aren't allowed to use them in the "designated" area—if you want to sit there, you are forced to pay for theirs. ​Inside the apartment, the lack of control is a real issue. The owner controls the AC, so it never gets as fresh or cool as you need it. To make matters worse, there are timers set up on everything—every single fan, the AC, and even the fridge turn on and off constantly. I visited in the spring and was already uncomfortable; I can't imagine how hot it would be in the summer. ​There are much better places to stay for the same price that offer far more comfort and fewer restrictions. Save your money and look elsewhere.”

“I want to start by saying this place would have gotten a 5 star had the below been done: Cleanliness: 1. Found blood stains on our sheets. Not a single extra set in sight for us to change them out. 2. The floors left our socks black Essentials: 1. For a house this size there were only three coffee mugs. Very sparse kitchen supplies. Lacking in many of the basics. 2. Starter kit was less than optimal. They didn’t even leave us 1 dishwasher tablet to hold us over until we went shopping. If you want to sweep up sand you might bring in from the beach….be aware that there is a 1920s broom and nothing else….. Communication: 1. Internet: name and password were nowhere to be found. Messaged host only to find out the entire internet had been changed and nothing updated for guests. When we saw the blood stains on the sheets we messaged the host. The response we received was basically along the lines of… “rest assured it was cleaned” …Not a single attempt to bring us another set”
