“The condo offers amazing views of the beach! I also enjoyed being super close to the beach and having beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella) which was included with the stay! Very nice family beach town.”

“Nice beach house, pillows and beds uncomfortable, dishes were not clean, dishwasher and oven stove were in disrepair- working but not optimal and in need of repair. The amenity access to the beach was wanting - guard very rude and we were not told that sand wagons and drop offs were not allowed and were turned away by the guard on duty in a very rude way. The beach and 30a towns are beautiful and the house was large enough to fit our family of 9 adults and 4 young children. We had a great vacation and did a lot of research. Our third time in Rosemary Beach first time at this home”

“I had a wonderful stay at this condo in Florida. The location was absolutely perfect — right near the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony and very easy beach access. One of our my favorite parts was how walkable everything was. There were great restaurants nearby along with healthy coffee and matcha spots, fresh juices, salads, and easy grab-and-go options, which I really appreciated. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. For me, the most important things when traveling are location, cleanliness, and being able to walk to places easily, and this place checked all the boxes. We would definitely stay here again!”

“It was overall quite nice. I think they need to do a better job cleaning between tenants if going to be pet friendly. Otherwise location, house, and amenities all great. Would recommend and could be improved if they left a vacuum.”

“Pinkie's place was walkable to the beach and ice cream. It's in a great location. The place itself is a great value. It's decorated beautifully like your own home and nicely updated. Plus, it has everything you need for the beach and bikes which saves a lot of time dealing with a rental company.”

“I am originally from Sarasota, and can appreciate the value of having a place that you can literally walk to the beach AND The Village each within 5 minutes. Parking can be difficult at both on the weekends. For anyone that doesn't know, that alone makes this place worth it! There are many places to stay, but the location at this place is perfect!”

“The location is excellent, with a very short walk to both the beach and Siesta Key Village. The unit had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning and appears to be newer, clean, and in great condition. The amenities are fantastic and still feel private, even though they are shared with eight other units. I would definitely stay here again.”
