“The house was amazing!!!”

“This is the first negative review I’ve ever left, but our experience warrants it. We booked this home because it included golf carts for my father, who has bad knees. Upon arrival, neither cart worked. The blue cart had ripped seats and later died completely, requiring us to push it into a parking space. The charging cord was damaged and tripped the breaker. Only one replacement cart was eventually provided. The home showed significant wear and deferred maintenance: sugar ants in the downstairs bathroom/kitchen, broken TVs, non-working outlets, unstable front door handle, unreliable Wi-Fi, ripped chairs, stained couch with worn cushions, and overall visible wear. Maintenance responses were slow, causing us to waste vacation time waiting. We eventually stopped reporting issues because little was being resolved. No checkout instructions were provided, and the cleaning crew arrived at 9:30 even though checkout was 10:00, making us feel rushed. Disappointing overall.”

“Overall good stay! Walking distance to beach. Walking distance to shop. Bunk beds are not comfortable for teens and adults. Obviously they’re geared towards children but figured worth noting for those anticipating grown adults to sleep in bunk room.”
