“I am originally from Sarasota, and can appreciate the value of having a place that you can literally walk to the beach AND The Village each within 5 minutes. Parking can be difficult at both on the weekends. For anyone that doesn't know, that alone makes this place worth it! There are many places to stay, but the location at this place is perfect!”

“The location is excellent, with a very short walk to both the beach and Siesta Key Village. The unit had everything I needed to make breakfast each morning and appears to be newer, clean, and in great condition. The amenities are fantastic and still feel private, even though they are shared with eight other units. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The setting was relaxing and very quiet! The beach was close and so was the village! They have everything you need for the beach; wagons, cooler, towels, umbrellas, toys, and chairs! They also have bikes!! And the game room was a fun amenity.”
