“It was hard to get into the Airbnb because the keypad wasn’t working. but other than that neighborhood was very quiet and house was spacious.”

“Do not book this place.extremely dirty, bad neighborhood. We didn’t even stay there and are fighting to get our money back. All they wanted to do was give us cleaning fee money back and they could possibly come out the next day to clean it. We immediately booked a different place to stay and told them we weren’t staying there.”

“The home is not well maintained. We had to clean the floors, counters and pretty much the whole house upon arrival. There was a lot of dust, cobweb, furniture is dirty and it looks like no one regularly comes to check the house. The upstairs toilet had issues, the chain inside the tank broke off the handle and we had to manually flush the toilet. The owner said they’ll send someone and no one came. The grill was sitting at the side of the house with cans of paint inside it, trash, debris so it was unusable. Very disappointed. House has potential.”

“The property was recently remodeled, but very cheaply. The outside front was cleaned up, the issue was the rest of the building was not. The back of the building where you need to enter is full of trash, broken glass, construction debris. When you get picked up by an Uber you need to exit the back and walk around the side to get to the front, that is even worse. There is a hole in the laundry room floor that they covered up with a piece of carpet. two of the bathrooms have toilet paper holder falling off the walls. The cleaning people propped them up, as soon as you touch them the roll falls on the floor. In one bedroom the closet hanging shelf is 7' high, I'm 6'0 and could barely reach it. The windows have been replaced but are so cheap I thought there was a bird in my room in the mornings. The blinds are the super cheap ones at Wal-Mart that do not keep any sunlight out at all. Simply a quick I don't care remodel and let make some money.”

“We had a perfectly fine stay at this property and experienced no issues during our visit. The home met expectations, and everything went smoothly throughout our stay. After checkout, however, the host contacted us with an allegation that we had a dog in the property. This is completely inaccurate. The claim seems to be based on a photo showing debris consistent with vacuum contents—dust, mixed hair, and small particles—rather than any clear or verifiable evidence of a pet being present. We take house rules seriously and fully complied with all listing requirements. We did not have a dog at the property and do not own a shedding breed as implied. Making a post-stay allegation without clear, substantiated evidence is concerning and does not reflect a fair standard. We had considered returning next year, but this experience has changed that, and we will be exploring other options.”

“This house is located near NC State campus and must of the homes there are used for college students. This house has enough parking for three cars and there are no parking signs along the street in many places. The outside landscaping is not good and the grass needed cut. The deck is in rough shape and needs repair work. Inside, the furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. The bathrooms are dated and not very nice. One of the bathrooms on the main floor wasn’t cleaned well and had a wad of toilet paper on the floor. This location would be fine for younger adults like college students. If you decide to stay here keeping in mind the host will try and add additional fees if they can. They tried to get me for standing outside with my family for 20 minutes saying our goodbyes. Stating we didn’t get out by 10:00. They also tried to get me for having our dog in the listed pet friendly Airbnb. Beware of this one. It looks nothing like the listing.”

“Unfortunately, our experience with this property was very disappointing. When we arrived, the home was not properly cleaned or prepared for guests. The sheets appeared unwashed, there were dead bugs in the cabinets, food left in the sink and oven, and stains that looked like urine. The home also had a strong odor that smelled like urine throughout. We also noticed mold in the bathrooms, damaged blinds, and the front door looked heavily scratched. The host did send housekeeping back out, which we appreciated. However, the same cleaners returned and appeared upset about having to come back. One worker came in, sprinkled cleaner on the counter, and left without addressing the issues. Their attitude made the situation uncomfortable, and at one point they followed us outside, and to the store and parked beside us which made us feel unsafe. Due to the cleanliness concerns and the overall experience, we did not feel comfortable staying at the property.”

“- Not a true penthouse, just on the top floor (which smelled of weed most the time) - Building doesn't permit short-term rentals - Non-dedicated parking spot - Moldy washing machine tub, had to air out the apartment and clean the washer to use it - Dishwasher didn't work - Barebones kitchen. Worn down teflon. 3 spoons. Overall felt under-cared for and misrepresented, but was good enough for a few nights. Wouldn't stay again.”

“Our stay worked well for our large group because the house itself is very spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The layout is great for bigger groups and that was definitely the highlight of the property.Unfortunately, we experienced several issues. Cleanliness was a major concern. The home was incredibly dusty, there were sticky surfaces, and visible dirt on the floors. On the second floor, we found many dead flies, which made it seem like the home had been sitting for a while without proper cleaning. Overall, it did not feel guest-ready. There were also no cleaning supplies available and no paper towels as promised in the listing. Check-in was stressful because we were initially given the wrong door code. It took a while to reach support and the number posted on the front door was incorrect, so we were redirected before finally receiving the correct code. We also had problems with the water temperature, as the water stayed cold and did not heat properly”

“This place was dirty and did not match the photos. You can not safely access the dock and they had missing amenities. During check in we documented all of the items that had not been cleaned or that was broken and provided photo proof to the host immediately upon check in to avoid being charged. The bed linens had stains and hair, so much so, we had to wash the linens that night before we slept in the beds. There were extras crumpled in the closets and on the floor, that were also dirty so we couldn’t just swap them out. The dishes in the cabinets did not look clean and the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept. They have since tried to charge me for the broken items that we had sent them photos of. Do not rent from this company!”
