“Everything was good except the listing stated king bed with a queen sofa bed. We got 2 full beds instead. The host states only the view is guaranteed even though the listing states the bed is guaranteed unless I misunderstood it. I’m on the bigger side so I don’t fit comfortably on a full especially if I want to lay with my spouse.”

“Cabinet to get into fridge didn’t open properly, only 1 elevator worked causing long waits to get to room. Microwave didn’t open, couldn’t get morning coffee out to drink :(.”

“This is my first review that’s less than 4 or 5 stars and I am very disappointed to say that. The room is cramped, building is old, and the staff all appear to hate their work. Most disappointingly, the elevator did not work for several hours late at night so my parents could not sleep or walk up the 11 stories to our place and when I messaged the owner? Zero response. Airbnb messaged them too. Zero response. They took virtually a half day to respond and did nothing to help the situation. In fact, I also had a check in question which they never answered just automated BS. I would NEVER EVER book this place again or this provider again. Do yourself a favor, and reconsider.”

“Staff and location were great, unfortunately the bathroom and room were not the cleanest. Stains in the shower. In the morning there were construction workers that could see right into our window of our room without any notice at 7AM. for reference we were on the 4th floor.”

“Conveniently located with beautiful sunset views. The complex's amenities were well-maintained. Refreshing atrium right outside the front door. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had good pressure. The floors of the condo were dirty when we arrived, and our feet were black after a few minutes of walking around. The sofa sleeper needs a new mattress, and the extra bedding had a mildew scent.”

“Location is good and in the beach. Walkable to nearby shopping and restaurants. Courteous service. Condo did not basic kitchen supplies like salt, sugar, oil. Room are dated and dusty. Patio door won’t lock. Elevator far away from room and fire exit staircase smelled of urine. Renting from Airbnb was told not eligible for some resort promotions and offers. Daily parking charges”

“Stop photoshopping and give people the room they paid for based on photos.”

“It could use a deep cleaning there is visible dirt around the shower and baseboards.Some of the towels had stains. If I were the owner my expectations of the rental company would be much higher.”

“Kaanapali shores has gone south. This is our third time here. The condo itself is very dated, dingy and lacking many things. Good luck cooking with the minimal pots and other kitchen items. Add insult to injury, you pay a report fee, and will be lucky to benefit from the fee. at check in, the valet let us know we cannot use the luggage cart, and he just sat there watching as we made four trips up and back. Also, good luck getting any towels that you are paying for. All around awful. Will never stay here again.”
