“Beautiful location, clean and well stocked. Dina’s Sandwitch Bar bonus. Pool was nice and hot tub as well. Only complaint is no television in the bedroom, limited smart tv apps and the couch not very comfortable. This was our third week, it was relaxing and unit was great just those 2 complaints for updates in the future.”

“Finding the building entrance at night took some detective work, so allow extra time on arrival. Inside, the apartment matched the listing exactly, no surprises. The kitchen was fully stocked with amenities and utensils, and the bathroom was well ventilated, which matters in this climate. The balcony was generously sized and a real highlight, though the view is of the bay rather than open ocean. A few honest notes for the host: the living room carpet had visible stains and is due for replacement, wood flooring would be a great upgrade. The AC switch is stiff and needs replacing, and the balcony doors didn't slide smoothly. The water supply was interrupted one day, but this affected the whole building due to nearby road construction, outside the host's control. Overall, a comfortable, accurately described stay with good bones. A little maintenance on the small things would take it from good to great.”

“Condo was clean and matched the description/pictures. There was dust on the top of the headboard and stains in the carpet but the main areas of concern (sheets/bathrooms/kitchen) were very clean. The carpet needs to be replaced as it’s stained and outdated but it was vacuumed well. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient and the location was great. The management team was very responsive. During our stay an alarm went off while we were out to dinner so we had to rush back. It was a water sensor alarm indicating that the hot water heater was leaking. It was fixed quickly and all was back to normal but the technician mentioned that the tank was significantly older than the complex allowed so there was delayed maintenance that affected our stay. We were not compensated for the inconvenience of shortening our evening out or allowing the technician in the do the repair. Things break in homes but if it is due to delayed maintenance it’s worth a mention.”

“Excellent host and very well maintained building. perfect location with great restaurants and beaches just a short walk away. Free parking, an elevator and in-suite laundry were fantastic features. 180 degree view of the ocean from this 3rd floor balcony suite”

“Everything you need and want. Elevator and stairs. So nice to be close to Kam 2. I stay on Maui every 8 weeks and I would rent here again.”
