“This was such the perfect location, close to a market and shopping. The beach was walking distance and perfect sunsets. From the balcony we caught the sunrise every morning. Very peaceful, very clean.. I would rent this every trip to the big island from now on.”

“The good: The views from this large space are fabulous, particularly the morning views of the mountains. The place was well cleaned (but carpets are stained and worn.) The place is large for a one bedroom Check-in and out very easy and the management allowed for early check-in. It was the cheapest place I could find in Waikoloa Well airconditioned The bad: The furniture does not appear to been updated since the condo was purchased. The bathroom has a difficult step-in tub. The top two dresser drawers in the bedroom collapse down when opened. There are no beach chairs. The thing that annoyed me the most was the cheap way they furnished supplies, exemplified by the lilliputian sized 1/2” salt and pepper shakers that I had a hard time locating. There are NO spices, There was no spray cleaner and when i asked for some they told me that the cleaning crew will clean up when i go.”

“Very spacious stay. Located in a gated community with the shops, restaurants, and beach walking distance but still a little far. Would stay here again.”
