“We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, with the beach right there and amazing views. We truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend this beautiful beach home! 🌊🏖️❤️”

“We had a great time with two families staying here. There was plenty of space for everyone to sit around the table and the kids loved the bunk room. The fenced in yard was also great for the kids. The kitchen was well-stocked for us to cook meals in the house. The location was great - just a block off of Center street with all the shops and restaurants but we didn’t hear any noise from it. Plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Such a lovely spot! Perfect location for access to great dining and shopping yet far enough off King Street that it's quiet and peaceful at night. As an interior designer, I have very high standards. This place is darling! The space itself is clean and bright with all of the amenities. I give this sweet spot my highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed!”

“This place was convenient, clean, and we appreciated the easy check-out instructions. We loved being so close to the strip and the beach. The house accommodated our large group with ease, and had all amenities (clean towels, cooking utensils). Our primary complaint was the responsiveness of the host. We had an issue with the newly installed air conditioning, and it took half of our stay for the issue to be resolved. We checked in Friday, and maintenance was not there until Monday. It got up to 81 degrees in the residence. Airbnb had to intervene due to lack of responsiveness. I reached out to the host Alison via email before posting a public review, and unfortunately got no response (again!). We never asked for compensation and were understanding about the situation, so it's very unfortunate that this happened. We will likely not stay again due to continued lack of communication.”

“Unfortunately, due to a host and the so called "Luxury Retreat Team's" lack of responsiveness we cannot highly recommend this place. The air conditioning uses mini-splits that do not cool the place well. Two mini splits were broken and we needed portable air conditioners put in. When we let Alison and the team know, their response took a long time and we needed to get Airbnb involved. Due to the lack of air conditioning the house had a musty smell and the first two days were very uncomfortable. The location was great as it was walkable to the beach and restaurants. There are only sheers on the windows so there is no privacy and it is light in the bedrooms very early in the morning. House is well equipped with kitchenware. It could be a nice place if they kept up with the maintenance. The biggest disappointment was Alison's lack of response and concern.”

“Do NOT stay here unless they change property management. Wildly inconsiderate. They changed our unit/address without any notice. We found out by accident trying every door/lockbox with the code they gave us until one worked. When I contacted them, after standing in the rain waiting for a response, they said we might move back to the original unit we booked. Maybe. And they couldn’t even tell us when. Imagine not being able to fully relax and unpack for 2 of your 5 nights waiting to hear. We paid extra for a heated pool and the heater was broken. If all of that wasn’t bad enough, our first night and the next day were filled with the chirping of smoke alarms that took 3 visits to fix. This changed our plans as I didn’t want strange men in the house with my family unless I was there too. And despite all of this, they made no offer to compensate us for our trouble. Nothing. No discount or refund on the pool charge. Nothing. Insane of them to think the experience we paid for is what we got.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We especially loved the outdoor space and found it to be a great spot for a beach weekend. The only downside was the communication during our stay. A maintenance person arrived without prior notice, and later that same day we were asked to quickly move our vehicles so someone could access a golf cart. We went out immediately, but no one was actually there. Both situations felt like unnecessary interruptions during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Overall, we had a good stay, but better communication and more consideration for guests’ privacy would have made the experience much better.”

“The noise level was extremely high. You can hear all street noise, including road construction out front of the residence, all people in the general vicinity, and the people who live upstairs, we could even hear them sweeping the floor with a broom. The bathroom faucet wasn’t working properly when we arrived on Wednesday night, reported it Thursday morning, plumber didn’t come until Friday, we left Saturday, it was not fixed. We brushed teeth from the bathtub. Check out instructions said throw away trash, but glad I asked because there was a lot of directions to actually do that correctly that were not included. Our money would have been better spent on a hotel.”

“Super clean and great location! Wouldn’t let us set the AC at night below 70 so would get really hot. Beds weren’t very comfortable.”
