“The house is big and very accommodating for a large family Def the home needs some maintenance cracking and pealing paint and moldings Kitchen cabinets need to be hand cleaned to remove old dirt stains Their were 2 very old beach chairs only no umbrella So if ur flying in u need to rent chairs and umbrellas which is crazy for the cost of the rental no sand toys either for children”

“Our stay was significantly disrupted by multiple serious maintenance failures. On arrival, the central AC serving four upstairs bedrooms was not working, with the upstairs temperature reaching 84 degrees. With two infants in our group, we had to rearrange sleeping accommodations. Portable AC units were provided but repeatedly tripped circuit breakers. The main refrigerator would not close properly, requiring a portable refrigerator. Later, the septic system failed, requiring restricted toilet use, and one toilet was turned off without our being told. Management did respond and attempted temporary solutions. We were offered another property, but it was substantially smaller with fewer amenities. Moving 10 people, including two infants, would have caused even greater disruption, so we stayed; that should not be mistaken for satisfaction with the conditions. For a premium-priced rental, the experience and value fell far short of what we paid for.”

“The property was gorgeous and the location was perfect. Working with the Luxury Simplified folks was good overall but some requests were promised but not completed. Such as use of the elevator for my elderly mom. The folks at LS did not provide the service you would expect from a luxury accommodation. Overall great with some hiccups.”
