“An immaculately clean, lovely apartment above a carriage house with comfy beds, beautiful furniture, and high-end finishes throughout. I was visiting my parents who have a place in Palmetto Bluff and this was the perfect setup and location.”

“We had a wonderful stay here- so nice to be on the Montage property but in a large house. Location was extremely convenient to Buffalo’s, River House, and Canoe Club. There is a bocce court and swing set close by. The main hotel is a ~12 min walk away. The house itself was beautiful and very comfortable for our group. We really enjoyed our trip and were planning to come again!”

“The house was beautiful, peaceful, and unique to the neighborhood. We cannot recommend this home enough! Being directly on the marsh was amazing and the neighborhood is so quiet and relaxing :) The reason I did not give five stars (and I have rented many homes and only ever given a 5 star review) was because of luxury simplified retreats concierge team. They let us know that they would help us plan dinners, golf and other event events and they completely dropped the ball. We tried to get plans locked in for two weeks - when we arrived at the house, we had nothing scheduled, which was stressful. We probably had 10 phone calls with them while we were there to try to lock in plans and it was just an absolute nightmare. We finally midway through the trip just decided we’re going to schedule everything on our own. Go for the house because it’s beautiful, but do not let luxury simplified retreats plan any activities for you”
