“I always come to stay here! This is my go to unit and home! I have always had the best experience and stay! Everything is always filled up, stocked , and clean and so spacious!!!! Intrusions are clear, central air is cold all week and amazing. Towels and blankets fully furnished. Kitchen. Is big! Garage has amenities for beach use and outdoor! Everything is walking distance, and garage fits car perfectly !!! And they give you a parking pass for a extra vehicle if you have. Pool is right outside your sliding door, while most other units is a walk.i just love this place and would come back again and again!!”

“The location of the condominium was excellent, just as described in the information we’d received beforehand. In particular, our third-floor room facing the coast felt very open and airy, which was lovely. The pool was well-maintained, and the children were absolutely delighted. It was very helpful that the host was quick to answer any questions we had. The only thing I hadn’t checked beforehand was whether air conditioning was provided. There were fans in every room, and as it was cool enough at night, the fans were enough to stay comfortable. However, that was the one detail I hadn’t noticed when making the booking. I’d definitely like to keep this place as one of my top choices if I have the chance to visit KONA again.”

“This apartment was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Very modern, (specially the refrigerator;-)), very good AC, huge master bedroom/bathroom (unfortunately the bedroom has a carpet - but that's the only 'negative' thing). Pool area is wonderful. The location is a at good place to start day-trips. Thanks to luxury properties for the perfect conversation and introduction”

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the entire place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, everything was fantastic. The only thing we missed was air conditioning, as it could get a bit warm at times. Other than that, it was an excellent stay, and we’d happily return!”

“Really enjoyed our stay! Location was great. So many things nearby! The one thing I would say is, there is no AC unit (the host shared this on their listing so we knew) so it did sometimes get a bit hot. However the host provides plenty of fans to use and opening the doors to allow the breeze helped with that. The host provides just about everything for a perfect beach day. Felt like an actual home.”

“Really nice property. Owner was responsive. My only complaint was not the house or the property owner. But the HOA needs to do better at pest control. The flies were bad at the pool and the feral cats were a bit much. Again not an issue with the property owner as the house was well stocked and immaculate. Would recommend staying here again regardless of the 2 minor issues.”
