“The house was good for our group and we loved how close we were to the beach. Our only complaint would be that they did not provide toilet paper in each bathroom (the master and down stairs bathroom did not have any and others only had one), we only got one garbage bag, and no paper towels. This may be an error by their cleaners but was annoying.”

“We stayed April 2–11 (9 nights). The home itself is very nice, but the experience was disappointing due to missing amenities and poor communication. After check-in, we found there was no pool key, so we couldn’t access the pool. The golf cart also felt unsafe, with shaky steering and things attached loosely. After reaching out on the pool key on Friday, I followed up Saturday on the key also reporting the golf cart and a missing TV remote, which made the second-floor TV unusable. I shared photos of the golf cart issues. Despite multiple messages over several days, nothing was resolved. The remote never arrived, and the pool key wasn’t delivered until the second-to-last night. To make matters worse, the day before checkout we were accused of damaging the golf cart—despite reporting issues early and a technician confirming existing problems. Nice home, but poor service ruined the stay. Would not return.”

“This is our second time to Carillon. Very family friendly. Great for young kids. Security makes me feel very comfortable letting my kids walk around in a group. The first time we came was almost 14 years ago and there were only a handful of houses built. Now the whole neighborhood is built up. We will definitely be coming again. Maybe next time we’ll get a little bit bigger house because we have five kids and now one on the way.”
