“We lived on the 23rd floor! When we went up for the first time, I was very scared, but then I decided that I would always stop at the highest floors! It was amazing! The accommodation was very clean and beautiful! Everything corresponds to the photos and descriptions!”

“After traveling over 18 hours, we arrived exhausted and were looking forward to relaxing. Earlier that day, we had asked about an early check-in and were told it wasn’t possible because the house was still being cleaned. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was clear that was not the case. The home was covered in dust and dust bunnies—on the baseboards, window sills, bed frames, dressers, furniture, under tables, and throughout the house. The kitchen had grease on the stove, dusty appliances and countertops, and grime and white residue in the dishwasher. The bathroom had visible mold, the towels were damp, and the master bedroom sheets did not appear clean. The property manager sent a housekeeper that evening. She arrived with only a rag and Clorox spray, stayed until around 11:00 p.m., and several areas, including the kitchen, were still dirty when she left. She promised to return the next day to finish cleaning the floors but never came back. I called her and sent her a text message,”

“We stayed April 2–11 (9 nights). The home itself is very nice, but the experience was disappointing due to missing amenities and poor communication. After check-in, we found there was no pool key, so we couldn’t access the pool. The golf cart also felt unsafe, with shaky steering and things attached loosely. After reaching out on the pool key on Friday, I followed up Saturday on the key also reporting the golf cart and a missing TV remote, which made the second-floor TV unusable. I shared photos of the golf cart issues. Despite multiple messages over several days, nothing was resolved. The remote never arrived, and the pool key wasn’t delivered until the second-to-last night. To make matters worse, the day before checkout we were accused of damaging the golf cart—despite reporting issues early and a technician confirming existing problems. Nice home, but poor service ruined the stay. Would not return.”
