“This group trip during high season met all of our expectations for our first large framily trip to 30A. Everything was as described and clean upon arrival. We had 4 families with kids ranging from 10-16. The kids loved the bunk room and adults had plenty of room with the other bedrooms. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic for when we weren’t at the beach and at night. A sound system allowed us to connect to individual speakers around the house which was awesome. The refrigerator actually fits a house of this size and held the whole week’s worth of food which is impressive. About 2 blocks to the public beach entrance and the golf cart and bikes make those trips easy with gear. For 4 busy families, this house really had everything we needed so the adults didn’t have to think too hard about details. Worth it. We all agree we’d certainly stay again! Thank you!”

“Our entire family spent a week in this beautiful house! It was perfect! Plenty of room (we had 16 total people)😂 The carriage house was great for the grandma & grandpa! The pool is awesome! The beach toys/chairs/umbrellas are a life saver! We loved it!! Will absolutely be back!”
