Level's guest rating of 4.61 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The amenities in the curing are amazing for families, couples or individuals alike. Great gym, game room, pools, spa and a lot of space. Only drawback of the place as an Airbnb was bare minimum in terms of kitchware/cooking items. The place itself was very nice with great view, nice and bright, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Very upscale feeling.”airbnb

“Parking and foot traffic inside were the only problems I had during my stay. Otherwise, had a great time, enjoyed the amenities and views. Complimentary coffee in the room/apartment was nice. Really glad they provided a paper with all amenities and what floor they were located. However, we did have a hard time finding some places in the building and ended up walking up and down hallways trying to find them. Signs in the building aren’t clear about who is able to access certain points. Beautiful building and lots of fun!”airbnb

“The staff in the desk at the time checking in was so awful, disrespectful, discrimination, not helpful at all . We are a family of four my daughter and husband didn’t deserved to be treated so bad .”airbnb

“This company is criminal. Whatever the rate posted on Airbnb, just know you’ll be paying much more than that with all their hidden fees and parking. They knowingly overcharged me for parking (after a $10,000 stay), and refused to correct it. Whoever runs the Airbnb listing has terrible customer service, they don’t live or work on-site at the building, and they take an inconsiderate amount of time to reply. It’s evident that everyone in the building hates the Level company. On top of the shady dealings, the apartment is so meh. The furniture is cheap, nothing about it is worth the price. It’s the furthest thing from a luxury stay, but they’ll try to charge you luxury prices. On top of that, they’ll tell you they have on-site parking, but after you book, they can’t guarantee it. Scam. Run.”airbnb

“I was very disappointed with the parking management at this place. I only stayed for about an hour to help my parents check in and specifically asked the staff whether I would be charged for parking before leaving. The staff told me it was fine and later gave me a barcode ticket to exit, BUT NEVER MENTIONED THAT IT WOULD CHARGE ME FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING. I drove home afterward and did not park there overnight, yet I was still charged a full overnight parking fee the next day. When I asked the staff about it, they said the charge could not be removed because it was already in the “SYSTEM”. I seldom write bad reviews, but I am really DISAPPOINTED AT THIS TIME. The issue was not just the fee itself, but the misleading instructions and lack of clear communication from the staff. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Future guests should double-check the parking policy themselves instead of relying on staff instructions.”airbnb

“My stay was for nearly two months and unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience overall. The biggest issue was a refrigerator that repeatedly stopped working. Despite multiple maintenance visits and attempted repairs, the issue was never properly resolved, and I ultimately had to be relocated to another unit. During this process, I had to throw away a significant amount of expensive food. Maintenance follow-up was inconsistent, communication was poor, and management was not particularly helpful in resolving ongoing concerns. I also experienced issues with package deliveries and 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 treatment from staff regarding package handling for guests. At one point, I overheard staff speaking negatively about me as I walked around the corner, which felt 𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒍𝒚 unprofessional and uncomfortable. For a property that markets itself as upscale & luxury-oriented, I expected far better customer service, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience was 𝙛𝙖𝙧 from”airbnb

“Amazing view. However, the concierge was rude and hostile towards guests. This is not a high-end place by any means, the staff does not care. The TVs weren't connected to the Internet, essentially unusable, I called for help but they didn't fix it. The hallways smelled of cannabis. Poor communication all around. Checkout times listed as 10 AM and 11 AM. Leaves much to be desired.”airbnb

“The most terrible stay I’ve ever experience. The bed and AC must need maintenance.. is making very loud sound and the bed no matter how lightly I sit down it makes very loud noise squeaky sound… I couldn’t place my daughter on bed ever. My whole family did not sleep the entire stay Not just the AC and the bed makes noise Our next door neighbor and upstairs neighbor had huge party every night.. isn’t this hotel non smoking and no party? It’s just terrible.”airbnb

“Unavoidable amenity fee not included in the Airbnb listing. Ridiculously high fees for parking your car overnight, paid every single day. No soundproofing. Strange people ringing the apartment’s doorbell at 3 AM. No clean linens to be found for the pull out bed. Absurd price for an extremely subpar experience.”airbnb

“Worst place I ever stay I recommend every one to not book they lie and make you pay 8-900 dollars for you to get there and have to pay an additional 25 a day a freaking DAY you have to fill out forms online and in person felt like a job interview or I was applying to move in and the staff is rude and disrespectful worst place I ever stayed it hated every minute there couldn’t wait to leave it was not worth the amount and they should add the additional fees in the part where you book not wait until you there to tell you to pay extra I repeat to anyone reading do not BOOK THIS PLACE IS A SCAM”airbnb
