“Love how spacious the house is. Well organized kitchen overall house layout. Great location for nearby access to produce and POIs. Cons: mattress in the master bedroom has horrible deformity which leads to cramped back and neck in the morning. Cleaning crew can do better as many commonly used areas had a thick layer of dust and at times dirt. The towers has brown and yellow spots.”

“This is a beautiful house and located in a great location. However, this house has a lot of issues that shows that property management has not fixed. We checked in around 5pm and the house was 90 degrees inside (summer time), no AC, not a big deal. The house stayed at about 80 degrees with all the windows and fans working. The fridge and freezer struggled to maintain any of my food cold and it was not overloaded. Luckily I brought a portable electric fridge/cooler, or else $200 worth of meat would have gone bad. One of the smoke alarms were beeping in the house, I contacted management within the first hour of checking in. They said they would get someone to come in and service it ASAP. No one ever came to fix the sensor, and I ended up having to climb up a chair and remove it to prevent from the excessively bad beeping every 2 minutes. I also noticed multiple smoke alarms were missing and even one of them was hanging off the wall with the power cable. Spend your money elsewhere.”

“This Airbnb is in a great location, but unfortunately, our experience did not match what was shown in the listing. The first issue was that the pictures appear outdated. While they show an older home, they also make it look well-maintained, which was not the case when we arrived. The home was not necessarily messy, but it was noticeably dirty. There were stained and patched walls, and we even found a couple of boogers on the walls. The kitchen floor still had crumbs, and there was a lot of dust and cobwebs throughout the house. The home also lacked basic supplies such as dish soap and hand soap. We stayed during a very hot time, and there were only two fans, making the house uncomfortable. More concerning, the sliding door did not lock, and one bedroom window would not open. Overall, the location is great, but the cleanliness, maintenance, outdated photos, and lack of basic supplies made our stay disappointing. We expected much better for the price.”

“This Airbnb was a nice stay and not too far from South Lake Tahoe! Roomy enough for our group stay, and the view was beautiful in the mornings and at sunset. The toilet had issues and would not flush, we notified the airbnb host of that, and another issue with parking however we were not responded to regarding the toilet. The home had only one bathroom and we were 4 guests in total. The bathroom issue should’ve held priority to get it figured out, but again we never got a response about it.”

“I would not recommend this cabin. I stayed here last weekend, and it was a very disappointing experience. The house was covered with cat or dog hair, and there was a strong dog odor throughout the entire cabin. It was obvious that the property had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The pool table that was in the living room had visible stains and hadn’t been cleaned either. Another major issue was the hot water. When both showers were used at the same time, there was not enough hot water. The temperature kept changing from hot to cold, making it very uncomfortable to take a shower. Cleanliness and basic amenities are essential for a comfortable stay, and unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.”

“Great stay in a really good spot close to many things like restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, casinos, etc the reason I put 4 Stars is because the floors wasn’t mopped trash, was left behind in the cabinet where the trash goes in the kitchen, Grill outside was dirty we had to buy a new one, Water Heater ended up turning off on us during stay, and A/C just randomly turned off and stopped working on the last day other than that it is a beautiful stay and will stay again”

“We encountered a terrible sewer smell in the home as soon as we walked in, which worsened when we showered or used the restroom. We messaged the host, who only replied via text, stating that they would send maintenance. We stayed there for three days, but nobody showed up. We had to leave the home due to the sewage smell being so strong. We did not enjoy staying there. Additionally, the front door lock stopped working after the first day, and we could no longer secure the door. The latch failed to work properly, and when we returned from an outing, we found the front door open. We messaged the host again, but they only responded via text, and no action was taken after we alerted them promptly. Parking was also a challenge, as the lot filled up at night, forcing us to park down the road. I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of support from the host and the unresolved issues during our stay. We would like to request a percentage refund, as stated by Airbnb.”

“The inside of the AirBNB was lovely. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house was well-maintained. The challenge occured when we showed up and the back porch was completely missing. The kitchen door opened up to a 4-5 foot drop into the dirt yard, with a strand of caution tape to stop us from walking out. The backyard dining table was on the side of the house on it's side, clearly not in use. When I asked the owner about this, I was told the equivalent of "yeah, oops that was removed". This was a huge safty issue and was ignored by the owner. Also, the description states that there is a two car garage, but this is inaccurate as there is only an open driveway.”

“We all are very dissappointed about our stays at your property this time and will not return next time or recommend your place to any of our friends. Everthing look very old and not well maintain to consider for airbnb rent, and not worth for the price. Kitchen : every airbnb we went they prepare most of kitchen stuffs like plastic wrap, ziploc, dish soap ( your prepare is very little bottle just enough one day use) , foil, sugar, cooking oil, ….. Laundry: you gave us only 2 pieces of detergents for 2 times use only, we have kids and went out swim everyday , we stay here 5 days 4 nights, this is not enough for 1 day use Bed: bedsheets are very old, fans are so dusty, no A/C at all, we couldnt adjust the Honeywell follow the instructions Bathroom : not enough shampoo, conditioner and body wash for 5 days use, only 1 small set each bathroom, doors for both bathroom upstair can’t be locked”

“1. Main issue is we picked this Airbnb over others because of the large outdoor seating area on the top floor. When we arrived, there were no cushions for the patio furniture, making it unusable. We contacted the rental company via the phone number they provided in chat. We reported 3 issues and they only resolved one. We reported the missing cushions for the patio furniture, a broken ceiling fan and a broken handle on the freezer door. They only fixed the freezer handle. We called back the next day and were told they are working on getting the other two issues resolved. This never happened. 2. The broken ceiling fan made it so the 3rd story bedroom was uncomfortably hot. 3. There was a lack of clarity around what bearbox we should be using. 2 of the 4 people in the group are experienced backpackers and know how to use them. We were harassed by the neighbors about using the wrong ones and not using them correctly. They also showed they were filming us using security cameras.”
