“The home is a nice location with paved trails for biking or walking near by. The host communicated instantly. Some concerns, it was posted the it had a wood stove, but we were told we weren't allowed to use till after our arrival. So the house was a little cold for my girlfriend's liking, but the heater worked good. Then she proceeded to use the blanket on the couch, that was covered in pet hair. Hair got in her eye, and we had to flush it out. I went to all the bed rooms and looked over the pillows, where there was still small amounts of pet hair on them, but not as bad as the blanket was. The house certainly had a pet smell in the home. "Dingy" is the word I would use. The host was very nice and certainly communicated quickly, and answered any questions we had. We ended up leaving the house and I requested a refund. Aside from the pet hair, it was a nice house with plenty of room.”

“Overall we had very good relaxing time at Lakeland Village. Location of the unit was excellent and very close to everything. However, inside the unit you can find many things that require owners attention. Some visible scratches on the walls, patches on the celling, bath tub needs renovation. After sunset unit is very dark inside, definitely needs extra light. But kitchen is well equipped with everything. After all, we are not very picky and we tried to enjoy our vacation mostly outside. If owner will renovate just a little bit inside we would probably stay in this unit again. Thank you!”

“Cozy cabin for you and your family to enjoy in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Cozy, vintage furnishings. Gas fireplace. Nice backyard to hang and grill. Comfy beds and pillows. The only negatives I have to share is we saw beard hair in one of the bathrooms, top of cabinets were dusty, no salt/cooking oil in kitchen, no toiletries (shampoo) and confusion with WiFi router name. Their Airbnb msg lists a diff router than the actual name of the router in the house. Look at the instructions inside of the kitchen instead”

“Beautiful property and home, peaceful surroundings although AC in the home wasn't working leading to 90 plus deg temperature during the days and warm at night - so our stay wasn't what we had hoped for unfortunately with the premium being paid for the trip.”
