“Bring your own cookware. Unless you’re making soup, that’s all you can make in the kitchen on the stove top. They didn’t have enough towels available for the five day stay we spent there for the eight people that they were supposed to accommodate. Luckily on our vacation, we can wash our own towels since they do have a washer and dryer. Other than that, the places clean and everyone enjoyed themselves. It’s semi-private and quiet. The pool table was a nice touch.”

“Originally booked this place because it was pet friendly and we were planning on bringing our dogs. At last minute we decided we were no longer coming with our dogs and I’m glad that we didn’t because I would’ve felt bad leaving them alone in that house if we left. The house wasn’t dirty, but it was definitely not clean. Had a fusty smell, and there were many internal blemishes from stains to things hanging off the wall. The couch smelled really bad and the bed didn’t smell clean or fresh. The location is so tricky as it’s around a really dangerous bend. It almost looks like a side street. Every uber and food delivery person got lost. The pool table is located in the middle of the living room which is the only shared space you can hangout in and it takes up a ton of room. That coupled with the lack of seating made it uncomfortable for our group of 5. There wasn’t soap provided in the kitchen so we had to purchase some. I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“To say this is a walk to the beach is inaccurate. While I'm sure you can, you need to cross Highway 50 and then walk along Highway 50, where there is barely a shoulder, no sidewalk, and cars are traveling over 60 MPH. The residence itself is nice; however, it was in dire need of a floor mopping, and the carpet under the pool table is gross. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The kitchen is not well stocked. No baking sheets or fry pans, so we had to go buy some. Thankfully, Ace Hardware is only 15 minutes away. Also, Highway 50 is on the other side of the fence, so there is a lot of traffic noise. We were there during a heat wave, so keeping the windows open and not being woken by the traffic didn't work. Expect a lot of noise at this residence.”
