Keylink Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Folks who stay here should note that shops do close down at 6 PM, which is a bit surprising in a tourist location. I’m more accurate description of the parking would be helpful. When you secure this spot and get detailed directions on the parking, please note that the four hour parking parking lot, is the best location and we were advised that it is likely not enforced. For some reason, we had a very difficult time understanding exactly where the 24 hour lot was as it’s not marked. It is March permit only.Trash - the key location was not very accurately described, and we did not ever find a locked trash. We ended up putting our trash in a fenced area that was unlocked. The description of the traffic noise on grand Avenue is definitely a consideration, especially if you have guests sleeping on the pull out. The traffic noise is very constant overnight The temp in Cooking spray would be helpful . would b variable.. Cooking s”airbnb

“BED BUGS!!!!! I was bitten over 200 times. Severe infestation. the Host was not Kate but others from the office. I sent pictures of the bed bugs that I caught in my bed and other pics of my bites. Their response was nothing but an AI message. No direct contact by phone nor in person. You would think that a bed bug infestation would bring an immediate response. Nope, that did not happen. I had to keep contacting them through Airbnb message board. And all I was getting was nothing but the same AI response. Then, the host would not give a full refund since I had stayed 2 nights. I didn't know I was bed bug bitten the first night, The second night I reported my bites at 4 am. after figuring out it was truly a BED BUG ATTACK. No empathy and no experience in handling of a BED BUG infestation. They Cancelled my reservation, and could not relocate me to another property because I had contact with Bed BUGS. Audacity to not let me use the fishing badges for y remaining time. Worst Ever!!!!”airbnb

“The location was perfect and the home was beautiful. There were a lot of rules and I had to sign both a rental agreement and a HOA agreement which were very one sided on the terms. The communications with the host were circular and repetitive. We were 6 adults and we only had one working shower for 2 days ( we only stayed 3 nights). Turns out there was nothing wrong with shower it just had a very unique completely unintuitive, on off system, that was not in the visitor guide. It took a few days for a staff member who knew the system to call us back and walk us through it. There were also miscommunications about paving activity that was initially stressful and turned out not to be an impact after all. And finally, I shared a concern about the color of the water with no real answers or resolution so we just switched to bottled water as I was done communicating with the lodging firm. Again, Nice place, they just need to work on communications.”airbnb

“The location was perfect for us, as it was almost directly across the highway from our son and his family who live in Basalt. The road noise is loud in the early mornings and late afternoons with commuter traffic. The unit is clean and bright and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There is a Whole Foods and City Market very conveniently located across Hwy 82. There’s a beautiful water feature and garden located in the back yard, but we were not allowed to use it, even though there were no other guests in the bottom unit. It’s just a sitting area, so I thought the restriction was unnecessary.”airbnb

“Overall the stay was nice, walkable to trails and restaurants. Getting check in instructions did not happen so getting inside was a challenge. There was also many workers that came right at check in to work on the external of the house and made it so we could not be outside for a couple hours which was unfortunate. But overall a good stay”airbnb

“House was wonderful and clean. 3 stars because it was frustrating to ask if we could check in early or check out late and they said to ask them the day before each time and then didn’t let us do either. The denied late check out being due to cleaning schedule even though I had asked about a late check out on our first day so you would think they would have considered that when making the cleaning schedule. We also had issues with getting access to the house. I had filled out the form days to a week plus in advance of our stay and didn’t have the lock combination when we got there and had to call which delayed us getting access to the house by 20 plus minutes (this was frustrating because I had asked for early check in due to our schedules with they denied so they knew we needed in the house right at 4). If you know we won’t be able to check in early or out late don’t make me ask the day before. Just say no the first time I ask.”airbnb

“This place was okay, but had some misses that made the price feel not justified - Many outlets in the kitchen/living room don’t work Two lights out in kitchen All shower heads need to be replaced Mildew/water damage in upstairs bathroom Our check-in experience also could’ve been better. No arrival instructions were sent until I requested them, and then the property manager asked us to sign a separate rental agreement the morning of check-in. After pushing their trip insurance twice, failing to send check-in instructions just felt like management is disorganized.”airbnb

“We were a group of friends skiing at Aspen for the weekend. This is somewhat an annual trip and our past airbnb experiences were great. This one was just fine. The hot tub was really nice and the location was decent for accessing grocery stores and getting to the mountains. However, some things were a little disappointing: - blood stains on some of the sheets - lots of broken kitchen gadgets - small dining table that doesn’t comfortably accommodate everyone that is in the home (barely seats 8 without cramming) - not accommodating to slight deviations of check-in/check-out times, all very firm rules with a lack of individual attention and responses - not to do with function of home, but the house was a little underwhelming, given the price. It is poorly decorated and the little that’s there isn’t warm or pretty. Just a very “eh” home”airbnb

“This is properties looks nice on pictures but no longer in top condition. One shade is broken and cannot full cover the window. The TV is broken, too. Also, it's managed by a company so the support may not be so helpful. We have trouble understanding the parking instructions and the check out instructions is a standard one across their whole company in which most of the items are irrelevant. Even for the relevant items, I have to refer to the over 10+ page house rules to find out. Like what should temperature should we set to when leaving. This is not very helpful.”airbnb

“Do not book this place. The apartment was in an unacceptable and shocking condition. It was extremely dirty, very old, and completely neglected. Essential appliances were broken, and the heating system did not work, making the apartment uncomfortable and at times unlivable. The bed sheets and covers were dirty, which is unacceptable and raises serious hygiene and health concerns. There were also bugs inside the apartment. This property does not meet even the most basic standards for an Airbnb listing and should not be offered to guests. We strongly warn others to avoid this place.”airbnb
