When you secure this spot and get detailed directions on the parking, please note that the four hour parking parking lot, is the best location and we were advised that it is likely not enforced. For some reason, we had a very difficult time understanding exactly where the 24 hour lot was as it’s not marked. It is March permit only.Trash - the key location was not very accurately described, and we did not ever find a locked trash. We ended up putting our trash in a fenced area that was unlocked. The description of the traffic noise on grand Avenue is definitely a consideration, especially if you have guests sleeping on the pull out. “Great cozy home! This home had everything you would need from extra pillows and blankets to seasonings for cooking! Loved play pool in the spacious basement. We will definitely be coming back.”

“The place is not located where it's pinned on the map when you look, the entrance is about 20 minutes in the canyon and then it's about 20 minutes to get up to the cabin from there.”
