Alloggio non del tutto pulito, assenza di scolapiatti e di strofinacci in cucina, elettrodomestici sporchi, pochissime prese elettriche e tv e Wi-Fi poco funzionanti. Punti a favore: la tranquillità della zona, supermercato a due passi e lavanderia a pagamento a disposizione.”

“We booked this location for a week vs going to a hotel. Unfortunately, there was not enough linens or soap. It is in desperate need of maintenance and a deep cleaning. Mold & blood in the shower. Mold at the base of each AC unit. Cracked and warped flooring. Disgusting sponge left to “clean” the dishes and no drying rack or place to put washed dishes. When asking for more towels they told us we could pay to wash our own. After complaining they took over 24 hours to bring new towels and they were filthy/unusable. So much potential here but overall upset with how much needed to be fixed.”

“AC didn’t stay on, no ventilation in the bathroom, no easy or designated parking, must pay to park AND have luck finding a spot near the room (crazy busy on weekends).”

“When I first walked in I noticed mold from the air conditioning - which host said it was cleaning products …. 100% was mold. Walls were disgusting and stains on the couch and wall - house looked nothing like the pictures.”

“It wasn’t the worst place to stay at I liked the location only thing is they were not truly honest about the place! Stove and over did not work, stains all over the bed sheets, very weird smell! We also got locked out of our room for 3 hours waiting outside because the door knob stopped working and they told us to stay somewhere else for the night!! Barley gave me a refund for it especially wasting my time worrying if we’re gonna be able to get back into the room! Was not happy at all with this stay”

“The place was in a really fantastic location just a 5 minute walk from the beach, and the description was mostly accurate. We booked this place partly for the small kitchenette, but there were some crusty foods dried on the frying pans, so I didn't 100% trust the cleanliness. The bathroom had everything too but was very tiny and the tiles looked a little dirty. The lock can get a bit wonky too - I had trouble locking it when leaving, and another couple actually had their door jammed completely and got locked out. It's a comparatively affordable place for the location, so if you just want a place to rest at night at Hollywood beach, it gets the job done.”

“This is a great place to stay IF you only need ONE bed. Quick walk to stores and beach. Only 10min walk to bustling strip with restaurants and shops. Property was clean. Linens are minimal - provided one towel and one washcloth per guest. Only one hand towel and one kitchen towel for entire stay. Kitchen has items needed to prepare meals. No food items available, but grocery is very close. BIG ISSUE: Listing stated a sofa bed was available. It is not just uncomfortable, it is unusable. We had to sleep on the couch instead, which is not long enough for an adult. Kady did not respond to multiple emails & voicemails left over several days. Had to get AirBnB involved & escalate. Kady eventually admitted they knew the sofa bed is unusable & listing should state only one bed in unit. Would recommend this property as a ONE BED option.”

“Location was great, lots of places to walk to and we were right by the beach. The floors were really dirty when we checked in, we had to get some Clorox wipes and clean parts of it ourselves to feel comfortable. Kitchen utensils and appliances were not washed when we checked in, we had to wash everything ourselves before we used them. Bathroom was relatively clean except we did find a dead cockroach in the shower, along with multiple dead cockroaches in the laundry room. Also, we realized the hard way that if the washer in the laundry room is in use, you will run out of hot water for a considerable amount of time.”

“My biggest problem was communication from the owner. There were no notes anywhere. We had a problem with the tv volume. They sent someone and he sent a picture with his finger pointing to the volume button. The button did more than raise the volume. If we wouldn’t have caught him coming out we still wouldn’t have discovered you had to use the button as a toggle instead of pushing it in. We sat 3 1/2 days and nights without tv. The k cup coffee pot had water in it….God knows how long that was in there. Looked like mold in the pot. Bathroom was very nasty. Shower head was corroded and small! The couch was dirty and gross. There were no rugs to wipe your feet on when you came in from sand and outside. Also there were 2 wash clothes and 1 hand towel for nearly a week. Two things I found positive were the bed was new and comfortable. And it was close to grocery and Dunkin. Location was ok it was fairly close to beach. It would have been nice to have a couple beach chairs and towels.”

“DONT BOOK HERE. The reviews claim it’s clean but it’s covered in mold. The door wouldn’t open upon my arrival which was stressful. The TV doesn’t work and they wanted me to pull it apart and act like a technician while on vacation. There were someone’s pubic hairs in the shower.”
