“The space was decent for the time I spent there I was very in and out most of my time I do wish it was listed that the dryer was unavailable so unfortunately I had to wash my clothes at the laundromat nearby definitely could’ve had better instructions on the layout of the place it took me a minute to find my door and I do feel as tho the pricing could be cheaper given that you have to pay to park as well”

“Slow response, found a roach my first day - they blamed the King tide but my room should presumably have been cleaned before I arrived. On the third day, the smoke alarm went off for absolutely no reason, they took two hours to reply.”

“Very close to everything and clean, I felt safe also. Especially as someone who is solo traveling, it is in a great spot!”

“The location of this place is in excellent proximity to the beach and that’s 100% what you’re paying for. The room and bathroom are tiny, almost uncomfortably so. You have to sit sideways on the toilet because it’s so close to the wall. There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom which struck me as odd and there were multiple spots on the wall in the shower where you could tell different soap dispensers used to hang but must have been ripped off. Other reviews mentioned no dedicated parking and having to pay city parking fees. But the only truly intolerable part of this place is how loud the air conditioning unit is. The unit works well but I’ve never heard one louder in my life. It was so loud I couldn’t hear my phone alarm at 80% volume and it was constantly waking me up because it would kick off and then when it kicked back on it sounded like a freight train every 15 minutes or so.”
