“Home was okay just the floor was a little dirty”

“Our stay was okay but did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival , we noticed an unpleasant unusual odor throughout the space like a musty smell which I believe came from the ac units . The kitchen countertops and dining table were dusty, which triggered my partner’s sinus issues so I had to clean and wipe down the surfaces myself . The kitchen utensils forks and spoons were not properly cleaned and the cups were dirty as well. The air conditioning needs to be cleaned and several areas of the property requires maintenance (renovation) . Only two towels were available which is insufficient for guests staying longer than three days and the bed was not comfortable. For the price we paid we expected a much cleaner better-maintained and more comfortable environment. Due to the condition of the property fell short of our expectations , our overall experience we won’t be booking again and we hope the management takes these concerns and makes the necessary improvements for future guests .”

“Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Buon punto di riferimento per chi non ha pretese. Alloggio non del tutto pulito, assenza di scolapiatti e di strofinacci in cucina, elettrodomestici sporchi, pochissime prese elettriche e tv e Wi-Fi poco funzionanti. Punti a favore: la tranquillità della zona, supermercato a due passi e lavanderia a pagamento a disposizione.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the home is as the pictures described. The WiFi wasn’t working that well but that wasn’t anything major. Would definitely book again if I’m ever back!”
