“We had a wonderful vacation. The location of the home was excellent! The home was very clean including the floors and well stocked! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook a great meal which was a nice bonus. Bathrooms were well stocked as well. Parking was plentiful. We had an issue with the pool but the host was quick to respond, helpful, and kind and had the issue resolved the next day. There was no grass in the backyard which was disappointing aesthetically and functionally. Also, this is a preference thing but the mattresses are very firm. The only other issue was the living room furniture and downstair rugs need to be updated. Outside of those few issues everything was great and our host was wonderful. Thank you!”

“This rental was everything that was listed in the description and more. The view is spectacular right on the beach with pool and hot tub access as well as boardwalk right onto the beach. The cleanliness of this condo was spectacular. The kitchen amenities were great loved having a washer and dryer and dishwasher. They also provided trash bags, dishwashing pods, and laundry pods. Even coffee. Basically everything you will need to cook or bake in or even store food in. And of course silverware and cutlery. All you will need to bring is food if you plan on cooking. In the bathrooms, they provided all the linens as well as shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The rooms were decorated so nicely. You definitely felt like you were at a beach resort house. I have no complaints at all. The host was very reliable and fast responding. They even let us check in early because we came so far. They even hand-delivered batteries for the remote. We will definitely be booking with them again.”

“This place was perfect for our large group and the host was super helpful with anything we needed. They provided 6 beach chairs along with having an additional fridge in the garage that was super convenient for our group. The hot tub was a hit and we will be booking again. The walk to the beach is quicker than waiting on an elevator and is definitely worth it!”

“This was a beautifully decorated , and very comfortable upscale home . Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient and safe.. gated entry made it feel more safe. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. The golf cart is a must to travel more easily within 30A.. the heated pool was perfect for those rainy days. Overall, our fur babies and us were grateful for everything and highly recommend. We will be returning here soon”
