The 2 bunks are in a room housed by another holding one of the queen beds, meaning guests using the bunks AND queen will be sharing ONE bathroom (you have to walk through queen room to get to bunk room). Of the 3 baths, only one is external for 12+ guest to use while downstairs or in general area. Too small entryway that leads to too small kitchen... There's Not enough space for even just 2 people to comfortably move about at one time. The Kitchen didn't have oil, S & P, as listed. A starter supply of dishwasher pods, soap & sponge, laundry pods, toilet paper, and paper towels were provided.. once depleted, guest are responsible for having brought their own. The pool is small and the surrounding area is literally a walkway.. there is not enough space for a lounge chair or for anyone to sit along the pool and there still be space available to walk around that person. The chair provided have a pull out leg rest for "lounging" BUT again if you pull that out, there will not be enough space for people to get by without having to withdraw the leg rest or skim the pool's ledge. "Porch level views the community dock"..... Access not available as it was padlocked and "private access" signage. I did inquire about fishing before renting so the property manager was aware we were interested in this "amenity" (and was one of the reasons for booking as it's an additional activity that can be done with or without kids, after hours)... If you do end up having access at a later visit, it looks a little risky as there are LARGE gaps btw the flooring and hand rails, making it VERY easy for anyone to fall off the sides and into the water... This may have been the reason access was not provided, but who knows... There IS another dock that seems like it could be referred to as the community dock across the lake as it is located within a small community of apt/condos, a quick 5 mins walk from Just Peachy. Kayaks not included (as listed), but bikes were. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite the inconvenience of the living arrangement and not being able to use/walk directly out to the "community dock" (as the porch had a walkway directly connecting it to the dock)... Just Peachy has a super host, but there were no reviews for this property prior to our stay which would've help to set expectations.... Our purpose was to provide details that will maybe help future renters. Thank you for our first visit to Santa Rosa @ Just Peachy!
