“What an amazing stay! This house was perfect! The pool was beautiful and very clean. The whole property was very clean. The layout of the house was perfect and it was very spacious. Fully equipped. There were two floors which is so much better than three floors. The kitchen is on the ground floor which makes bringing in the groceries easy. Out door seating was great. Communication with the agent was very prompt. It was a very short walk on the sidewalk to the beach. Beach chair service set up chairs right at the main entrance. Literally it was 3 minute walk everyday. The pier is also located there if you like to fish. Lots of good local food for dining or delivery.”

“We loved staying at this property! We come to PCB often and this property was by far the cleanest we have seen. Beds were comfortable, flat screen TVs in all the rooms and outside and everything was well stocked. They even allowed us to bring our dog! Host was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend.”

“The location of this property was perfect and exactly what we were looking for for our family vacation. However, our overall experience was disappointing given the cost of the stay. We stayed for 7 nights with 6 adults and 5 children, and the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Unfortunately, the pool had ongoing issues throughout our stay. A maintenance person was at the property almost every day having to restart equipment and backflush the pool in an attempt to keep it running. Despite those efforts, the water became increasingly cloudy and discolored. We also arrived to find the outdoor trash cans already full and encountered a few roaches inside the home during our stay. The lady that worked for them (Kerri) was wonderful and so nice, she apologized many times, and her communication was excellent. The host did provide a partial refund, which we appreciated.”
