“Had issues with the ac so my first night was horrible, they sent a team out to fix the AC and the AC still struggled it could not get past 74. Making sleeping on the second floor to be under delightful. I felt like one of the kid rooms got no AC at all. A reporter ant issue as the morning of our main event, we woke up and found ants all in our donuts. For a house that could sleep 16+ people in it they only provided eight towels…. Three washcloths. Overall, the house looks like the pictures it got the job done. I just personally wouldn’t book again at this house”

“Overall we love ChampionsGate but I would not rent from this company again. When I messaged about a repair they said “we have 100s of rentals and will get to you when we can”. Hot tub was malfunctioning, we paid for pool heat that did not work, one of the beds was broken, and the overall cleanliness of the house was poor. We even found a roach on our last day there. They need to do better with their management and cleaning teams.”

“Great place looked just like pictures. Only issue is that we could tell someone just left. There was a musty kind of smell in the rooms and trash was left behind.”

“I loved the place! It was really pretty, prettier in person actually and very clean. However, they are not helpful at all. We got locked out of our Airbnb for hours. We tried calling the number they stated was for after hours and for lockouts and NOBODY answered! We called over 30 times, no response so we had to literally sit outside for hours in the cold that morning. We eventually called an uber just to take us away to get comfortable. I’m not sure if I would recommend this place and I’m sure I would not stay ever again.”

“The house was a good neighborhood, but it was just dirty inside. Nothing was clean. Everything was broken. It was just a baddest experiment never think Champion Gates would be so filthy and nasty to live like that. Nobody came me cleaned up. but me and my family still made the fun of it by leaving the house having fun activities going on it just that it was a baddest pair of nasty filthy the bedsheets the walls the floors everything was nasty and dirty. The bathroom hopefully next time it’ll be better for me and my family to come there and have fun.”

“I will not bring my kids back to stay at the Airbnb no more it was nasty roaches in trash left on the porch trash left behind the bed and everything. The copper was nasty. Walls were nasty now how would you expect for to have some kids sleeping in some like that?”

“The home is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to entering the unit. The unit was nicely decorated but not cleaned thoroughly. The bed sheets, spreads and bar chairs need to be replaced because of noticeable stains which appears to be unclean. The pool furniture also needs to be replaced and the pool area should be cleaned before guest arrival.”

“I was so disappointed and I let them know right away. We looked for another place within an hour but everything was booked. The place was pretty gross, floors were not mopped and they did t leave anything to even keep the place clean to begin with, so it makes sense why it is so filthy. No bucket for a mop, no vacuum. The couch was visibly soiled and stained we had to buy a blanket to sit on it. Every piece of furniture there was broken/ripped/dirty. The pool wasn’t filled enough to the top and there was mold on the top on some areas. There wasn’t even a net to fish out dirt/debris from wind/rain. The grill was so disgusting and rusted, I can’t believe that anyone would even use it. The dishwasher had a leak and we slipped and let them know. I took pictures of everything. I have never been so disappointed. This was a vacation house from HELL. None of the gates would ever work so we would have to drive all the way to the main entrance and there was always such a long line. I could go on”

“Unfortunately, our stay did not match the listing or expectations. When we arrived, the cleanliness was below standard — there were stains in the carpet, dust buildup on the stairs, and the shower railing was dirty. The grill on the patio appeared rusted and not properly maintained, and there was gum and several nicotine pouches left around the back patio area. The bed in the Toy Story room was broken and not properly set up. We also noticed cobwebs and bugs stuck in the corners of the ceiling. Overall, this was unfortunately the worst Airbnb we have stayed in. There were also several safety concerns. The stair railing was loose and unstable, and the front door looked like it had previously been forced or damaged. Because we were traveling with children, we were especially concerned about the loose railing and the numerous nicotine pouches found on the ground, wall, and even the ceiling. It was clear the property had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. For the price char”
