“We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home, lots of room to have more family with you. The private pool and other amenities were a big plus! This was our first time taking a Disney trip, the distance to all the places we visited like Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs were all about 30-40min away (depending traffic)which wasn’t a problem with us but I know others may find it useful info when booking.”

“Almost in the middle of nowhere, in a not so convenient location. Not as close to victory way as it claimed to be. WiFi was poor throughout the stay. Cell service cut any provider was poor as well. The location/area still needs to be developed properly”

“The home itself is very large, spacious, and beautiful. It was a great setup for a group, and we really enjoyed the overall layout and comfort of the space. The water park amenities were especially fun and kept everyone entertained—we loved that part and would definitely consider coming back. However, there were several issues during our stay that need attention. We found dead cockroaches in the kitchen, some of the chairs were broken, and the floors did not feel clean upon arrival. The AC also wasn’t working properly, which made the house very hot—we actually had to use fans just to stay comfortable. Additionally, the internet was very slow, which is important to note if you’re traveling for work, as it could impact your ability to stay connected and potentially cause you to lose money. For families with small children, I would also recommend that the property provide safety gates for the stairs, as this is something that should be included—especially at this price point. “Loved this place. Nice a quiet spot. The lazy river and play water park were only about 1.5 miles away. Easy to get in and out of the gated community. The community patrol did however stick a big bright green sticker on my car that said no tow trail aloud to be parked here. I don’t even have a hitch on my car, there was no trailer. And the sticker said it was issued march 3rd and my car will be towed by march 4th at 9:30am if the hitch wasn’t removed. We were there in the middle of April!!!! And it sticker left a bunch of white sticky stuff all over the windows. I have to find something to get it off with when I get home. Other than that. The house had everything we needed if we needed it. Extra blankets, pillows, baby things, air fryer, blender. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The home is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to entering the unit. The unit was nicely decorated but not cleaned thoroughly. The bed sheets, spreads and bar chairs need to be replaced because of noticeable stains which appears to be unclean. The pool furniture also needs to be replaced and the pool area should be cleaned before guest arrival.”
