“Overall great place to stay, hosts responded quickly whenever we needed to get in contact. My large party fit great in this large home. Only complaint would be that the games in the garage were broken before we got there. But other than that great place.”

“Charles was the best host . His house is perfect for large families location is perfect. 30 mins from Disney . The water park is as 10/10 . We will definitely be back only down fall we had was no propane . But we made it work and cooked inside . Other than that I give this house a 10/10 .”

“Had issues with the ac so my first night was horrible, they sent a team out to fix the AC and the AC still struggled it could not get past 74. Making sleeping on the second floor to be under delightful. I felt like one of the kid rooms got no AC at all. A reporter ant issue as the morning of our main event, we woke up and found ants all in our donuts. For a house that could sleep 16+ people in it they only provided eight towels…. Three washcloths. Overall, the house looks like the pictures it got the job done. I just personally wouldn’t book again at this house”

“This Davenport home was perfect for our two families with small kids visiting Disney, Universal, NASA, and Gatorland. The house is spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. The gated community is easy to navigate, and having a Publix and pizza place nearby was a lifesaver. We loved the private pool! The community aquapark is walking distance, though the lazy river pictured is actually a 5-minute drive at a sister property. What truly makes this a 5-star stay is the host. We arrived to no Wi-Fi and a hot pool. We messaged the host and within 30 minutes, maintenance arrived and fixed both! A few minor things need updates: worn cooking pans, a disconnected dryer exhaust, some burnt-out upstairs lights, and the AC struggled to cool upstairs while downstairs was freezing. Despite these quirks, the location, space, and incredible host responsiveness made for a fantastic trip. We highly recommend!”
