“The condo smells of cigarettes, roaches on the wall when we first arrived and ants all over the table which is crazy because we were on the 4th floor”

“I mean the stay was great but my ray bans meta glasses came up missing and I reached out to host on Monday I checked out today (Thursday) still no response or nobody reached out to me so if you stay here your personal items might come up missing and they will give you the run around and act clueless so definitely won’t be staying at this place ever again”

“Honestly, I was so excited to surprise a friend with this room, but the surprise was quickly ruined once realized that the elevators were broken and that the apartment was on the fifth floor, as well as because of that we did not access the rooftop which was the main reason I picked this room to stay in was for the view of the rooftop, but after the excessive amount of stairs having to walk up, there was no way. Also received poor communication once I noticed that the elevator was broken and was never accommodated for this inconvenience. Morning was very loud with freight zone and trucks due to the location. Wasn’t able to get any rest at all and had to check out by 10 AM.”

“Stay away from these condos We tried two years in two condos. Very rundown. Assistance is great. Not worth the price unless that is all you are looking for. Location is excellent”

“Our family road tripped to Gulf Shores. We were early to the Airbnb. Host wanted to charge $55 to get into room early. We tried to get into our room, the code did not work. Black Mold was found in both bathrooms, on walls and shower curtain, the dead bolt does not lock, filter was bad on the fridge, ice maker barely worked. And to top it off, hurricane Isais came and a mandatory evacuation was set and we did not get refunded. Host was AI and very hard to talk to a person. Loved the location, condo had good qualities, but not being able to talk to a real person and have any directions, check ins, not even a WORD given when a category 3 hurricane is coming our way…Will not be staying in this condo again. Will love to stay at condos right next door that offer great hosting and communication overall for the better price.”

“We booked room 1006 because it was oceanfront, had a Pack n Play and a king bed. Once we checked in we immediately noticed this was not the room we booked, it faced the parking lot and did not have a Pack n Play. This was a huge problem since we were traveling with a baby. We had to rent a Pack n Play last minute. The host eventually tried telling us they had to relocate our room but never told us prior. It became her clear that they had switched our reservation with someone else because our parking permit said check out was the day before we left and a Hosteeva rep came to our door the day before we left and thought we were just checking in. On the phone with the host once we got home, they tried telling us there were “maintainable issues” with our original room which was untrue. Very frustrating.”

“The unit does not have working AC also they tried to steal my luggage when I accidentally left it behind even upon return I had over $1,000 worth of items missing. I would never go back”

“AC not working. Place was dirty with bugs, hair and dirty towels. Place was a mess. Unusable.”

“I got this place thinking I was going have AC. It didn't work, they told me twice that they'd send someone out, they never did. The place smells of urine / has many pet stains. Broken backdoor cannot get out. Be careful if there's a fire. Barbecue pits were dirty.Trash was full and the furniture outside was not usable. They never sent help, even though they said they would. I do not recommend this place or dealing with these people. They lack professionalism and they lie on their profile. Get away was ruined. I had to send pics and vids to Air bn b support. They didn't respond to them either.”
