“I'll start off by saying the location is ideal for the beach, amenities, pool and great food. The staff was friendly and the overall ambiance was great.a Upon arrival the condo had an odd smell. The entry door had lots on wear and tear with black marks. We found hairs in the bed and dust on the tv stands along with crumbs on carpet and under furniture. The overall feel was definitely not "luxury". We tried to reach them about the issue and was disregarded and were told condo had been cleaned. The outlets in restroom did not work. The hair dryer in main restroom was missing. While we were outdoors the light fixure also did not work. The condo and facility overallnis convinient but definitely needs some maintance.”

“I would give this place a 5 out of 5 stars for cleanliness, space for a family of 4 and location in proximity to the beach. However, this is an older location and it's in need of some maintenance. Bunkbeds need to be tightened. The ladder would come unhooked while my son slept from him rolling over during the night and the entire bed set shook with not much effort. The mattresses were old and need to be replace, especially the master. Not being able to talk to the actual host I found unhelpful. I needed to know how to just the thermostat and no one knew how. The back deck has loose boards and the main set of exterior steps is in need of repair. Once a bit of maintenance is done this would be a much better place to stay.”

“Upon arrival there was urine on toilet, urine or vomited on the walls in bathroom, floor was filthy, no light bulbs in brdroom, modky smell which I think its coming from behind the wall that is all warped, fridge smelled bad, microwave didnt work, outside spout didnt work so no way to rinse off sand, trash all over, stains on towels, outside, pool super rough, and more. Definitely has the potential to be a beautiful place but need a better cleaner and people to fix issues that get reported. Not once did they attempt to fix anything.”

“We’re supposed to check in at 4 PM and I have to wave with my family about an hour on the hallway and when they pick the trash, they pick one of my bags so we lost a bag with clothes”

“We will definitely return to this area of Sevierville, TN! We loved the beautiful scenery away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but close enough to have fun and return to our cabin. We will NOT be returning to stay at Awesome Endeavors. There are several maintenance issues we called to report with little to no response. As much as we paid for this home, these issues should have been taken care of. The plenum on the air conditioner pops loudly when it comes on and goes off (a very loud metal popping sound). We didn’t sleep at all the first night. We got a little used to the sound after several nights. We ran out of hot water on several occasions. We hand ZERO water for a while. When I called about this, they said we were on well water and it happens. The last three days of our stay we had ZERO electricity on the 3rd level restroom. We had to shower, get ready, brush teeth, use the restroom…everything by flashlights!!! This was CRAZY!!! When I called, they said”

“First if you rent this unit 1036 at Boardwalk please know this is NOT a condominium it is a motel room with a kitchenette. We rented this place for 8 people. There weren’t even 8 places to sit. When we first arrived the smoke detectors were going off. It took two visits to get that resolved and by the time it was resolved it was too late in the day to enjoy anything. Next we went to take showers but were only left 5 towels and washcloths for 8 people!!! I contacted everyone I could with no response. Later found out they offer additional towels for 35.00. You are not given towels you need for your stay. This is listed on Airbnb .. you expect to walk in and have the BASIC amenties to start your vacation. This place had NOTHING! Not enough towels, toilet paper, pots, pans, salt, paper, oil, soap, shampoo, etc… I could go on and on. I have noticed there are good reviews with this property but please understand they are NOT for this Unit!!! 1036 Broadwalk is HORRIBLE”

“As soon as we arrived the condo smelled of mold. The floors were dirty I have a 8 mo old who is crawling and with 10 min of being there you could see all the dust and dirt on his shirt. You could also feel it on your feet. I asked if there was a mop and floor cleaner, I was told that someone would be sent up to mop the floors. No one ever came. There was only 1 key card to get through the building that did not work. I was told that new ones would arrive by morning, it wasn’t until the afternoon after asking about the card again! Woke up to a roach in the bathroom one morning, by the living room ac unit another morning, another in bathroom, and one in the living room closet before checking out. Now reflecting on this trip I should have just asked for another room. You could see that the top of the fridge had not been cleaned in some time. You could see dust on living room surfaces. The amount of pools and kid areas was nice but I would not recommend staying at compass cove.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ DO NOT RENT HERE 😭 Worst vacation rental we've ever experienced. We checked into a filthy condo with urine-stained sheets, human and pet hair everywhere, dirty bathrooms, dusty furniture, black floors, broken coffee maker, and unusable Wi-Fi. We reported everything immediately but were told housekeeping couldn't come until the next day. After an 8-hour flight, we couldn't even shower and had to buy comforters just to sleep. The next day, no one showed. We were told to wait another 24 hours, so I spent most of my vacation cleaning the entire unit myself because my husband had surgery. Management ignored our photos/videos, threatened us with eviction for complaining, and never fixed the Wi-Fi. At checkout, the housekeeping manager pounded on our door, then insulted me in Spanish, not realizing I'm Puerto Rican and understood every word. They apologized afterward but never made it right. Save yourself the stress—DO NOT RENT HERE.”
