“It was a decent room. A little hard to get up to, and a little hard to find the rooms once you have arrived. It was nice and clean. One of the balcony doors would not lock which worried me. The door code and information we received was confusing, especially without service to open the link when we first arrived, and we couldn’t reach out to the host. The door was hard to open.”

“Very good place near downtown Gatlinburg. 5 min walks to downtown. Reserved parking. Full kitchen. Clean bathroom . Super comfortable bed.”

“Stayed for labor day weekend with the family. As expected, there were lots of stairs, however, the top balcony literally has a lean to it. The rest of the house was ok other than the upstairs bathroom ( i say upstairs, but thatsvwhere the kitchen and living room are) . The tile in the bathroom was literally moving when you stepped on it, like it was never actually set. Not vinyl tile, actual tiles. And im also pretty sure that there was a soft spot in the floor in there as well. Needless to say, our family of 7 had to resort to using the bathroom downstairs which is a hassle in itself. If you want to sit back and enjoy nature, then you will enjoy the area around the house. Just maje sure to lock the doors on your vehicles, because bears CAN and WILL break into them. We figured that out the hard way”

“Loved the peaceful setting. Close enough to walk to everything we needed. Had bear encounters which made the trip worthwhile. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We definitely enjoyed our stay! Loved seeing the bears! Definitely would stay again, easy access in the evening to restaurants and great to have a trolley station 2 doors down!”
