“I got this place thinking I was going have AC. It didn't work, they told me twice that they'd send someone out, they never did. The place smells of urine / has many pet stains. Broken backdoor cannot get out. Be careful if there's a fire. Barbecue pits were dirty.Trash was full and the furniture outside was not usable. They never sent help, even though they said they would. I do not recommend this place or dealing with these people. They lack professionalism and they lie on their profile. Get away was ruined. I had to send pics and vids to Air bn b support. They didn't respond to them either.”

“The place is good for guests coming to ski. A lot of steps to get in. Not young kid friendly. Spa is not locked. Air hockey table very wobbly, not useable, ping pong table cracked, not useable, you need to move the ping pong to access foosball. Living room comfortable. Most bedrooms on one floor. Kitchen is nice sized for cooking. had minimal forks, no coffee, no dish towels, no measuring cup. Beds comfortable. No toiletries like bath soap and shampoo. Hand soap has been mixed with lot of water, bring your own. Carpet is very dirty. We rented last minute. People were leaving the house as we arrived.not sure if they were cleaners, or friends staying that had to depart in a hurry. The dishwasher was running when we arrived and outside trash was over flowing. But bathrooms and kitchen appeared clean. Offered late check out, for a fee. Appreciate they are dog friendly and the back yard was free of dog waste.”

“Beautiful cabin.. loved all the styling. Everything was thought out and intentional. We had to check out of our first cabin because of safety issues and had to find another cabin abruptly. Asked the host if we could check in early due to the circumstances and they still charged us early check in fees. When we arrived Wi-Fi wasn’t working, they had a service come out but they couldn’t fix it until late afternoon the next day. We used the trash bags provided but they ripped while taking them out because they were cheap and thin. Instead of making a mess in the back of the truck be had to put them in their trash cans. They provided only partial roll of paper towels so we ran out very fast. The fire pit propane was empty so we couldn’t use it. They asked for the bbq to be cleaned after use but didn’t provide a cleaning brush. These are all small details but add up and affects your experience. Especially with how much the cabin costs.”
