Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals

“It was in a great location, close to the beach and to the trolley stop and lots of fun places in walking distance. The beach toys were a plus! However, there were many negatives about this place. When we arrived there were love bugs everywhere in the condo! We reached out to the host about it and they never followed back up. None of the beds had comforters, and there was no shampoo, soap, etc as the listing said. Only one of the bathrooms had toilet paper. The listing said there is a hot tub, but the “hot tub” is the same temperature as the pool. The parking was super unclear and had to reach out to the host multiple times to figure out which unit was ours and again to figure out the parking, which then only provided one free parking space and all other nearby options are extremely expensive. Overall it was a nice place, great view, amazing location, but could use some attention.”

“The location of this condo was amazing! Just steps from the beach and very close to local shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo was clean upon arrival and had everything you needed to feel like you had the comfort of home away from home. Very easy check-in and check-out, Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals were extremely responsive when we had a question. I would definitely use Gulf Coast Vacation Rental's again when in Sanibel.”

“The house was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again. There was a little frustration with booking. After I booked, they contacted me to say that the property was not supposed to be available those dates and that I needed to cancel. When I messaged saying since they were requesting the cancellation and Airbnb requires/recommends the host cancel it in that situation, it was suddenly fine for me to continue with my reservation and all a "miscommunication" and "misunderstanding".”

“After 25 years of vacationing on Sanibel, this was our favourite stay. This rental is an absolute gem: pristine, beautifully appointed, and just steps from the beach. The amenities and grounds were wonderful, and the property management team was very communicative, making everything effortless from start to finish. This was our first trip back to the island since Hurricane Ian, and what a joy it was to witness Sanibel's beauty coming back to life. The perfect place to celebrate that return. “This is definitely one of the best condos we have stayed at in our 7 years going to Sanibel. You actually have a beach view from the screened in back deck. The condo is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture and beds. We will definitely be returning to this condo on our next trip to Sanibel. Access to the condo was extremely simple with very clear and prompt communications.”

“The house was ok but furniture in living needs to be replaced. No chairs for pool lounging by pool except a couple (2) plastic chairs. Pool was dirty and pool guy didn’t vacuum pool the 2 weeks we were there. Older house with a lot of step up and step downs. Pool needs maintenance repairs”
