“The 4/5 for property was no reflection on owner and/or management company, the condo itself was great! The property was undergoing continued restoration from hurricane Ian in 2022 with the property landscaping being redone. Overall, the island suffered a great deal and while many businesses and homes have completed renovations, a large percentage have not. The insects were worse than usual making it difficult for beach goers at sunrise and sunset. When days had little to no wind, the no seeums were out and biting ALL day! All and all regarding the island, our family had a great time.”

“If your main priority is being close to the beach, this property is hard to beat. It is just steps from the boardwalk, making beach access very convenient. That said, I would only recommend it for two people. We stayed with four, and the space was very cramped, although we expected that based on the listing. The rental itself was somewhat disappointing. I had higher expectations for a place with 4.9 stars. I will reach out to the host privately to discuss my concerns.”
