“The home itself was beautiful and matched the listing, but our stay was overshadowed by an ant infestation. Communication was also frustrating, as it appeared to be handled through a call center rather than directly with the host. The phone number provided never worked, and the issue wasn't addressed until we were able to send photos, which unnecessarily delayed getting help while the problem continued. I understand that pests can happen, especially in Florida, but this seemed like an issue that should have been caught before guests arrived. I would recommend more frequent pest control between rentals to help prevent future guests from dealing with the same situation. With better communication and proactive maintenance, this could be a great place to stay.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, spacious, and worked great for our needs. The open floor plan gave our family plenty of room to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. A few maintenance items kept this from being a five-star stay. Several of the pots and pans need replacing. The lanai had not been cleaned before our arrival, so we had to hose it down and sweep it before we could enjoy the pool. The outdoor grill was also unusable. The grease pan had fallen off, leaving grease all over the lanai, and the grill was extremely dirty. We reported it to Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, but they explained the grill is not maintained by the management company and is provided as a courtesy and is used at guests' own risk. With better attention to the outdoor area and updated cookware, and an outdoor grill that was usable, this would easily be a five-star review.”

“We had a great time here. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the relaxing pool and tub. Only problem was just the ant infestation, but we get it since it’s the heat. Other than that we would definitely be booking again!”

“property was beautiful. pool was awesome and very clean. kitchen was well stocked. only thing that was missing was a skillet. we bought a cheap one from Walmart. bedrooms and showers were very nice as well. I have no complaints. only suggestion would be a book with some instructions. :pool guy came one morning , it was fine just didn't know he was coming, pool was on a timer, which we didn't know the first night, thought maybe something happened , tv guide maybe, some local suggestions about the beaches maybe . I was very pleased with the entire stay. I would definitely rent this house again . thank you!”

“Overall, this was a great stay. There were a few minor things that we didn’t have such as hand soap for the guest bathroom. There were also very limited supplies provided for the time we were there and the kitchen sink did not get hot water.”
