“I booked this property specifically because it advertised hot tub and pool access, which was highlighted in the listing description, photos, and About section. I paid $150 more than comparable properties in the area precisely for this amenity, as it was meant to be a special anniversary trip with my girlfriend. Unfortunately, upon arrival and during our stay, both the hot tubs and pool were closed for maintenance. There was no prior notice from the host about this closure neither in the check-in portal, nor via message before or during our stay. The only information listed was the normal hot tub operating hours. When I asked the host for directions, we followed the instructions exactly. We got dressed, grabbed wine and the access, walked to the clubhouse in 40 degree weather, only to find everything under maintenance. This was especially disappointing on our anniversary, as we had planned our schedule around it. The host denied a refund. Questioned us and lied about it being posted”

“The condo was as described. We had an issue with the hot water, which was a bit of a mess because the property is located at Beaver Run, which is typically managed by the Beaver Run maintenance team, but Great Western Lodging does its own management of maintenance. We discovered this when we reached out to the front desk and maintenance at the resort, and we were then told that we had to reach out to Great Western directly. The response time from Great Western was great, but after a few hours, they said it was on Beaver Run's end, and their maintenance team was working on it, but they didn't have an estimate on the repair time. This was frustrating, as the people we were now waiting on were the first people I reached out to, who told me they couldn't help us. They eventually got the hot water working again, several hours later. This is definitely a weird setup and not something we were expecting to have to navigate on our first day there.”

“Great location, with river flowing out back! Easy to walk to town via Warriors path to avoid traffic. Finding the right heating balance was challenging with each room having their own temperature controls, but opening windows helped cool things when it got too warm. Love the over-abundance of dishes (didn’t need to wash up after every meal)!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Breckenridge! Check-in was extremely easy, and the condo was very clean upon arrival. We stayed in the 3-bedroom unit, and it was perfect for our group. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with plenty of pillows provided. The outdoor hot tub was such a nice touch after a long day out, and the location could not have been better. It was easy access to downtown Breckenridge, restaurants, shopping, and even e-bikes nearby. Parking was also very convenient with space for one vehicle inside the garage and another outside, which worked perfectly for our two cars. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Breckenridge!”

This home is ideally located along a stream, providing lovely relaxing sounds to help you unwind from a long day of activities. Plenty of room to spread out within the villa and enjoy your stay, whether solo or with a small group. Highly recommend for your next trip to Breck.”

“This condo was a fantastic place for me and two close friends to hang out and reconnect. The beds were SO comfortable and there was plenty of dishware and utensils, extra blankets, and laundry in the unit. The location is right by Breckenridge's main street and had two balconies. The fitness center, hot tubs, and pool were a short walk and really lovely. I will be back!”

“Great location in Frisco and overall a neat, tidy 1BR retreat that worked well for my stay. One constructive suggestion would be to keep all access details, codes, and arrival instructions within Airbnb's messaging platform. In my case, communication moved outside Airbnb, which led to delayed access on arrival. That meant standing in the cold and needing to call an overseas support agent who did not have the key codes or clear knowledge of the property, including parking and door access. The condo itself was well presented, and with a smoother check-in process this would have been a much better arrival experience.”

“Extremely horrible experience!! Extremely disappointed with our 3 night stay (spring break with our daughters 9 and 11). The Queen bed was actually a full, making it impossible for two adults to sleep comfortably. The sofa bed was unusable due to poking coils and sagging. We also found stained unwashed pillowcases. The guest toilet was broken the entire stay despite multiple calls to Great Western Lodging. The Maintenance staff could not fix it and we were told that this isn't an emergency situation because at least one is working. No plumber was called despite multiple requests. So our kids and us had to use just one toilet Thursday till Sunday. No hand soap for the kitchen despite requests. Dishwasher didn't work for one night but the property manager fixed it. We paid $1350 for this "luxury" experience. Avoid this apartment and this management company. The only upside was the location. This is at a walking distance from the main-street.”
