GoodNight Stay
4.66Visit website
GoodNight Stay's guest rating of 4.66 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We rented this home for my father’s 75th birthday celebration with grandparents and young children. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The house was not ready at check-in, and the cleaners left all trash bins full. Communication with the host was poor throughout our stay. Most concerning, none of the exterior doors worked. After more than 15 calls, we were told one door was operational and that we were mistaken. Only after sending video evidence did management admit the housekeeper may have broken the last working door before our arrival. The property is much more worn down than the photos suggest. The pool was unusable due to a large wasp infestation, and we were told no maintenance would be provided during our stay. We checked out after 24 hours and had to find other accommodations. I would not rent this property or use this management company again. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE Thank you to Airbnb for stepping in and helping us find new accommodations quickly”airbnb

“Upon arrival, we found the pool half empty, filthy, and a hose draped over the side. I was told my the property manager they had an “issue” with the pool and it had to be drained the day prior. We specifically booked a home with a pool and therefore requested a refund. I was abruptly told a refund would not be issued, they would “try” to get a pool technician there the next day, and a refund would not be issued. The host is a property management company that is clearly only looking at income generated and withholds essential information seeing they were aware there was an issue with the pool. I share all of this so future guests have full clarity about how issues are handled by the host. We decided to rent an alternative home with working pool for our trip and had to utilize Airbnb support to remedy the situation. Beware of this host…as a guest and host wanting to utilize a property management company.”airbnb

“I'll start by saying that the house and the property is gorgeous and breathtaking. However, we did have some issues upon check in. The front door pad lock didnt work so we had to use the side entrance. Upon entering the house seemed to have been left a mess. We found clothing, empty beer cans, cigarette butts (even though this was supposed to be a non-smoking house), etc. In addition to that the pool filter wasnt working during our stay which was frustrating because we booked the house mainly for the pool. When I reached out to Goodnight they were pretty dismissive & not very helpful in getting the issue resolved. It wasnt until I contacted Air BnB directly that they began attempting to resolve the issues. Unfortunately the pool issue was never resolved but they did send cleaners to re-clean the home. Ultimately the rating is more related the cleaning staff, the state that the previous guests left the home in, & customer service. However, once that was fixed, it was still a nice trip.”airbnb

“We booked this Airbnb months in advance for a special trip and were already forced to switch units before arrival after being told our original booking was suddenly unavailable. When we arrived at the replacement property, the unit was clearly not cleaned or prepared for guests and looked as though it was still being occupied, leaving us waiting hours after check-in for cleaners to arrive while we had nowhere else to go after traveling from out of state. The customer service throughout the entire experience was poor, disorganized, and dismissive, with very little accountability for the inconvenience caused. To make matters worse, there was a train directly behind the property running constantly day and night, creating extremely loud noise that was never disclosed in the listing prior to booking. Between the lack of cleanliness, misleading listing details, and terrible communication, this was an incredibly stressful and disappointing stay that I would not recommend to others.”airbnb

“There’s nothing luxury about the space. It was dirty and very clearly a slapped together Airbnb with minimal to offer. The kitchen was grossly underwhelming and not well stocked. Plus many utensils were dirty or dull. The only mirrors in the space were the two bathrooms. Not one full length mirror in sight. No bath mats so the bathrooms were wet and cold. Rugs in common spaces had stains. Ants crawling OUT of the coffee table and all around the common spaces. Just gross and poorly run. We arrived two hours after check in and the space was filthy and we reached out and it took some time to reach someone then we were told someone would be sent to clean. They did technically clean but it was still yucky. There were literally bugs. 🐜 they did offer a partial refund but I’m still dissatisfied as the experience was still generally poor. This is clearly a for profit low effort short term rental. No character. No charm. No cleaning. Don’t stay here.”airbnb

“We went to Phoenix for our wedding ceremony with family and our stay started out with an email telling us we were eligible for early check in for a fee. We took the option and upon arrival to Phoenix we found out that was denied so we ended up driving around for 4 hours with our 5 kids. Upon arrival 3 of the 6 doors leading into house were broken and not usable forcing guests to walk around outside of property to get to rooms on each side of house. There were dirty dishes in cupboards, used bandaids in bathrooms and on pool patio , trash from previous guests overflowing onto driveway and multiple items that didn’t not work including coffee makers and other household items. Immediately we reached out to Good Night the host company and were met with rude combative people. We reported all the items and 2 days later (day of wedding) cleaners finally showed. Trash was not removed until day 4 and nothing was ever fixed as far as broken doors or amenities. I wish I could write more”airbnb

“Terrible place to stay. From the beginning it was weird having to go through all their contract work and send a selfie photo… so bizarre. Got there and two of the bedroom beds are broken due to crappy beds where the slats don’t fit all the way across. Sheets were pilling terribly. They brought new sheets but just set them by the door and they were terrible quality and the wrong size. One bed was missing a top sheet, had no side tables like in the photos. hairs on the sheets. Got there and toilet seat was broken and show wasn’t draining. They fixed those things the next day, but failed to fix anything else. no wifi unit installed…Two days into the stay they brought wifi unit but never installed it properly to make sure it was working and connected to the TVs. Ice machine and water from fridge didn’t work, mold in washing machine, lint catcher hadn’t been changed in months, wrong building unit on address. Mildew in dishwasher. Asked for a refund multiple times and nothing. Terrible.”airbnb

“Where to start? Drove 13 hours to get there. When door opened the stench of weed ( marijuana) was so strong it stung the eyes. Trash on the counters, bed unmade and garbage in bathroom. Called Good night and the rep said room must have been missed. She said I will look for another. Found none. Said it was too late to clean room. I asked what were we supposed to do since it was late. She called a hotel but said it was too expensive and they wouldn’t pay the difference so good luck. Now, I offered to clean it myself but she said all they would take off was the cleaning fee of 130 bucks. Unbelievable. Found a nicer place for less that night. These people suck. Don’t use them.”airbnb

“Checked in and did a tour. Left over trash which looked like a dog chewed up in the master bedroom. Dirty glass and handprints in master bath. Dirty pool full of leaves and debris. And to top it off after about 3 flushes the toilets were all backed up, sewage coming up the shower and sink drains. Had to have root rooter come to the house. Goodnight stay said they would not come to the house so we had to deal with all of the issues ourselves with plumber. Root rooters tool broke off in the pipes so than we were Jo longer able to use any water overnight. Absolutely horrible experience! Stay away from this place. Thankfully Airbnb helped us find a new home to stay in.”airbnb

“Not a good experience, which was very unusual for Airbnb. I will just list the positives and negatives to keep this simple. Positives: 1. Comfortable mattresses 2. Excellent AC Negatives: 1. Host had not correctly set up the keypad to enter the unit with the provided code, so we could not enter when we arrived. 2. The dishwasher was broken the entirety of our visit. It smelled terrible and made the entire first floor smell. 3. When we reached out to host about the dishwasher, they said they couldn't get anyone out that day and had no control over what time someone would show up the following day (we had napping young children). The repairman couldn't fix the dishwasher and it remained broken/smelly for the entire stay. 4. The unit, as a whole, was dirty. Specifically area rugs, drapes, furniture, and all kitchen materials (pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc) were dirty. 5. The dryer set off the smoke alarm every time you used it (smoke alarm was right next to dryer/condensation).”airbnb
