“Upon arrival, the front door was unlocked with no code required, raising safety concerns, especially since the entry gate remained open throughout our stay. A faulty bed spring also needed fixing our first night. On our second night, the gate and entry codes stopped working, leaving our group outside in the rain for an hour while the host failed to respond. Customer support eventually provided an emergency code. None of the host’s front door or garage codes worked, and the listed Wi-Fi credentials were incorrect. These issues made our stay stressful and reflected poor preparation and management.”

“walkable, confusing at arrival but easy to get to. parking is not on property and requires additional payments. read other reviews as they are accurate regarding noise, but location is wonderful and the property is beautiful!”

“Save your money and spend it elsewhere! Trust me—you’ll be doing yourself a HUGE favor. Although intention was good, the place did live up to even our subpar standards. Their “communication” is responsive, but it doesn’t carry much substance nor does their effort to help actually solve any problems. Our initial complaint was how wildly uncomfortable both the bed and other furniture was, as if they spent just enough to meet the requirements of taking pictures but forgot about their guests’ comfort. Our backs were starting to hurt after the first night. That was just the beginning. A couple days in, the kitchen sink started clogging up with no working disposal (which seemed like it had been turned off) and dishwasher refused to work other than making loud noises until we turned the breaker off. That left us with no clean dishes and an unusable kitchen for the rest of the week. Their sympathy didn’t make up for what should have been a special anniversary vacation. Absolutely terrible.”

“We could only get into one of the two units at check-in and had to wait for them to correct the front door & garage lock. There was hair on the floor and walls of several showers. About half of the bedroom & bathrooms door locks were broken. The WiFi didn’t work properly an hour later they gave me troubleshooting which didn’t work, I let them know and they gave me more troubleshooting instructions. We finally just gave up on it. The lock on the unit we couldn’t get into didn’t automatically lock behind us and wouldn’t lock from the outside per their instructions. They were no help by messenger, so I played with it until I found a work around, they never fixed it. Then their maintenance guy parked in front of our garage to fix another unit, we couldn’t get out for 45 minutes, we called, sent messages and were late to a meeting. I’ve never left a bad review but honestly this was the tip of the iceberg.”

“Positives: The unit is darling and housed five of us wonderfully. It was an easy uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go and the pool was fantastic. Negatives: I explicitly asked if the unit had a balcony since it wasn’t in the pics and was told it did, but it did not. Using a company to manage the property I think meant it was less personal and they were not aware of each units layout. Also, the unit came with four towels for five people and two rolls of toilet paper. It also stated in the description that one bag of coffee was provided. However, when we arrived it was a Keurig and only two pods were provided. I asked for additional towels, toilet paper and Kcups. They provided the towels but not the toilet paper or Kcups. Overall the property is cute and comfortable, however it is very bare bones so make sure to buy the things you may need for the amount of people the unit sleeps. The concierge shopping is helpful just plan well.”
