“The place itself was great. However, communicating with the host was impossible. The day I checked in I tried for four hours to contact the host but was not successful. The place seems like it's managed by the Grand Hyatt (which is located right next door to this property), but the Grand Hyatt didn't have much information about the place. They kept telling me they're only there for check-in and check-out and that I should contact Vail Residences at Cascade Village with my question. I tried then to contact the Vail Residences at Cascade Village's staff and was continuously sent to different staff members but no one would pick up and I was sent to voicemail repeatedly.”

“The place was great, the fact that it was attached to the Hyatt was our main attraction, easy for our young kids to make it down to the lobby for activities and shuttle to Vail Village.”

“Very rustic-Colorado ski chalet themed. It was adorable and well-liked by newcomers to Colorado to feel that rustic mountain vibe. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of room for everyone. Hot tub was a surprise, not sure how we missed it but it's a private one on the patio. It was great overall, highly recommend!”

“Airbnb listing was different than what was actually there. Posting shows 4 bedrooms with twins. Airbnb only had 2 bedrooms with twins. Listing shows 7.5 bathrooms, paperwork from Airbnb and actually place only had 6.5 bathrooms. I had this planned as a work retreat, so having less beds and bathrooms than expected was less than ideal. Everything else was fine. House was beautiful and spacious.”
