“AC wasn’t working when we arrived, temp was 80 degrees inside. Problem was resolved quickly, but it was a recurring issue from last year that Global didn’t want to spend the money on to fix permanently, according to technician. A pillowcase had what looked like makeup on it. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, too soft. I slept on the couch the last night as my back hurt. No current TV available, only streaming which we aren’t familiar with. Other than these issues, we loved the place and would love to return, but unfortunately can’t until there are different beds and better TV.”

“House was very dirty. Mold in bedrooms and bathrooms. Tons of “Curly” hair all over. Dead bugs, stains on sheets, old dirty carpet, old dried food on floor in dinning room. Would not recommend this house .”

“Very nice place to stay. 8 adults were very comfortable in the house. Pool was great and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds, and there was plenty of space to hang out inside and outside. We felt that the AC could have been working a bit better. Some of the rooms were a bit warm at times. Also they said there would be a charge if we use the grill and don't clean it after use. However there wasn't a grill brush or any cleaning tool provided to clean the grill. A bit unfair to not have anything to clean the grill then say you'll be charged for not cleaning the grill.”

“When booking the property, we unfortunately overlooked that there was an additional pet fee outside of Airbnb. By the time we realized it, it was too late to find another suitable place, so we paid the charge. Upon arrival, we discovered pet feces in multiple areas of the backyard. Considering we had just paid an extra pet fee, this was unacceptable. Our initial message to the management company went unanswered, and we had to follow up before receiving a response. Since the issue had not been addressed, we ended up cleaning the yard ourselves and provided photos as proof. Someone was sent out the following day, but by that point the problem had already been taken care of. Rather than acknowledging the issue, the management company argued that the pet fee only applied to the interior of the home and even suggested the waste may have come from another animal. The entire experience with the management company was frustrating and disappointing, and we did not feel that our concerns were”

““I really liked the location and size of the house, especially the private pool, and it was very clean, which was a big plus the pool maintenance passed by while I was there. However, it felt more like a commercial property than a personal Airbnb. The constant reminders about rules and extra charges all around the house made it feel like a generic hotel. If you’re okay with that then I would say it was a good stay.”

“Everything about the property was amazing. Beautiful location, great amenities, and wonderful neighbors. Had a fantastic time. Communication and responsiveness from the host was also amazing. The only flaw was an issue with contractors showing up on Sunday to work on sprinklers. They entered the property while we were gone without our knowledge. We arrived to a young couple in bathing suits in our rental. They had no uniforms or markings on the clothes or vehicle. No identification. I had to call Global Vacation Rentals who knew nothing about it. They did react quickly to determine the persons were sub-contractors that were supposed to have been there the week before but not while we were there. This was unsettling and disturbing that people were given the code to our rental and entered while we were not there. They had clearly been inside and it appeared they had used the pool. We were reluctant to leave again not knowing who would show up and if our belongings were safe.”

“The apartment had a smell in it. The pots were burnt and stained unable to cook in. The second bathroom shower made a sound and had no proper head and the pressure was bad. Told us we can have a noon check out for no fee when we booked and when we arrived stated we couldn’t anymore. We explained the situation and they still didn’t help instead left us strained at 10 am with our children who had a cheer competition and unable to get ready anywhere”

“I was not satisfied at all about our stay there my 18month old found a small screw on the carpet in the downstairs bedroom and I stepped on a different screw as well. The tvs and wifi were lagging very badly and it was very hot in the rooms. The clubhouse pool area did not meet my expectations because the only reason we booked the place was because of the lazy river and when we got there it was all concrete way overpriced food as well. Please update pictures of the clubhouse and pool area”

“Nice unit, nice view, nice community. The unit had a few issues for us. Dishwasher did not work, had to wash everything we used, first floor tv did not work, some kind of vent in laundry area was just hanging down, toilet paper holders kept falling off, bed linen fitted sheet kept coming off, dryer lint tray was completely full. I had to empty before use. Could not lock front door.”
