“There is so much to say but not many words to describe our experience. This was the perfect vacation for us. The house was amazing, everything seemed well taken care, everything worked, everything so easy… I 100% recommend staying in this place. We went with a family of 3 adults and 3 kids and there were plenty of space for all of us without feeling cramped. We will love to be back. And we thought it was a great value for all you get here. Absolutely flawless. Thank you so much!”

“The place was perfect for our family’s Disney vacation. It was close to the parks, restaurants, and everything else. It was clean and had a room for everyone in the family. The pool with water slides was a big hit with the kids. Would stay here again.”

““I really liked the location and size of the house, especially the private pool, and it was very clean, which was a big plus the pool maintenance passed by while I was there. However, it felt more like a commercial property than a personal Airbnb. The constant reminders about rules and extra charges all around the house made it feel like a generic hotel. If you’re okay with that then I would say it was a good stay.”

“The house was beautiful! Clean, well organized and decorated. Loved the home. The host was also amazing and very responsive. The downside of this location is that it is located inside of a resort and because it was a holiday weekend the congestion was high. It took me 90 minutes to get inside the gated community due to the lines trying to get inside. The 90 minute congestion would normally take 7 minutes. Otherwise the house was beautiful, pool was great and the host was attentive! I would rent from the host again just a different location.”

“The house was beautiful my family and I enjoyed it. I had some small issues but Global vacation rental addressed my problems almost immediately their response time was impeccable, they explained everything to me completely ,I would definitely stay there again.”

“We rented this home last minute for Memorial Day Weekend. Honestly, I was a little nervous because the town was different than our normal big city, big beach town or theme park getaways. I have 2 teens and a preteen, and I thought they would be so bored and boy was I wrong. They loved the kayaks and the pool. We walked/rode bikes to Fisher Man Village and the bike trails. They loved the Saturday farmer's market. Honestly we could have just lived in the screened porch all weekend. Communication was on point. We had one small problem with the fire pit, and they came immediately to fix it. The house was super clean and stocked with all the kitchen items you may need. There were plenty of pillows, blanket and towels. The area is so quiet and safe. Don't think twice and book :) I would def rent this home again.”

“Everything about the property was amazing. Beautiful location, great amenities, and wonderful neighbors. Had a fantastic time. Communication and responsiveness from the host was also amazing. The only flaw was an issue with contractors showing up on Sunday to work on sprinklers. They entered the property while we were gone without our knowledge. We arrived to a young couple in bathing suits in our rental. They had no uniforms or markings on the clothes or vehicle. No identification. I had to call Global Vacation Rentals who knew nothing about it. They did react quickly to determine the persons were sub-contractors that were supposed to have been there the week before but not while we were there. This was unsettling and disturbing that people were given the code to our rental and entered while we were not there. They had clearly been inside and it appeared they had used the pool. We were reluctant to leave again not knowing who would show up and if our belongings were safe.”

“This rental is a great space for a group of 6. Super close to Disney and about a million restaurants . Excellent location. My only complaint is the stuff in the condo. They do say in the listing what comes with the unit (4 rolls of toilet paper should be good for a weekend, but a group of 6 staying a week will definitely run out). It would be nice if they adjusted this for the length of the stay. For a week, you will usually want to wash the clothes or dishes more than once. And the quality of the goods is very low. Comparatively, the bars of soap are similar to what you would find in a days inn or super 8. If you like staying in hotels nicer than that then you need to bring your own soap. There are only two little bars of soap per bathroom (total 4). There is nothing in the showers. So bring your own shampoo or body wash. There are limited towels. If there are 6 people, you get one towel for the entire week. Maybe offer an upgraded amenities kit?”

“The apartment had a smell in it. The pots were burnt and stained unable to cook in. The second bathroom shower made a sound and had no proper head and the pressure was bad. Told us we can have a noon check out for no fee when we booked and when we arrived stated we couldn’t anymore. We explained the situation and they still didn’t help instead left us strained at 10 am with our children who had a cheer competition and unable to get ready anywhere”
