“Arrived and house and it was not very clean. First night had to have cleaner come back out who was here until 9pm to clean things that were left behind. Paid to heat the pool and had issues the entire time. Grill was not cleaned. In the middle of cooking we ran out of propane. Grill has never been cleaned, almost started a grease fire. Ice maker tray barely fits cause build up hasn’t been taken care of properly. Trash cans stunk because they’d never been cleaned out. Not enough towels. Leftover food and drinks from previous renters in all fridges. Dock had no ladder to get into kayaks. House itself is beautiful but having a big company maintain it we felt doesn’t take pride in their work, not a good thing.”

“The home is beautiful and is set in a very nice neighborhood with lovely homes. The canals are pretty to look at even though we didn't have access to a boat. We enjoyed having a pool area that looks out onto the canal and the comfort of having streets with sidewalks to walk on in the mornings and evenings when we wanted to take a walk and see the neighborhood while getting some exercise after a day out sightseeing or a big meal. 😉😊😎 It's quite far from the beaches so the pool was very much appreciated.”

“It was absolutely wonderful! We were greeted by a family of manatees right in the backyard! Everything was pristine and beautiful. We loved being able to do so many activities from pool/ jacuzzi, to biking to the nearby markets, to kayaking and also great beach supplies and fishing were available for use. We are so grateful to have found this gem and have so many memories.”

“Overall, our stay was okay, but it didn’t quite live up to the price we paid for a full week. When we arrived, the pool was full of leaves and clearly hadn’t been cleaned before check-in. The outdoor furniture was also very worn, with some pieces showing signs of breaking down and needing to be replaced. Inside, the hot water in the shower only lasted a short time before turning cold, which made showering frustrating. One thing to note is that the outdoor trash bin is very small, especially for a week-long stay, although it does help that trash is picked up twice a week. For the amount we spent, I think there are better options available that are closer to downtown and offer more updated amenities. The stay wasn’t terrible, but I expected more for the price.”
