“The place was easy to find and extremely clean, the home itself was great , my only real complaint is that we had to pay a extra fee to get hotwater for the hot water for the hot tub. Then after I paid the extra 200 dollars it only cc worked for half a day t tv”

“Beautiful home with everything you could ever possibly need (above and beyond) and absolutely gorgeously decorated. The pool and hot tub were amazing as well. This AIRBNB is very thoughtful in including so many amenities. It's a beautiful, quiet area, trust me, I am a local. A/C stopped working 3 separate times, starting the day we checked in (after hours), which is unacceptable. It's summer in SW Florida. There were many apologies given, but no refund. Also, there are a few chairs that need to be replaced. My 84 year old father fell backwards and hit his head on a broken lanai chair. If those issues are resolved, you will not regret booking here!”

“Great place to stay on the canal with a short boat ride to the Charlotte harbor it’s got a great dock to fish from and plenty of room to dock your boat or wave runners.”

“Very nice place to stay. 8 adults were very comfortable in the house. Pool was great and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds, and there was plenty of space to hang out inside and outside. We felt that the AC could have been working a bit better. Some of the rooms were a bit warm at times. Also they said there would be a charge if we use the grill and don't clean it after use. However there wasn't a grill brush or any cleaning tool provided to clean the grill. A bit unfair to not have anything to clean the grill then say you'll be charged for not cleaning the grill.”
