“Great! Just slow to respond about some things once I was there.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this spectacular home! The kids absolutely loved the game rooms and the pool, and the beautifully themed bedrooms made our vacation even more special. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and very well maintained. The only downside was the bedding. Although the sheets smelled clean, several beds looked as though they had already been slept in because they were wrinkled and not neatly made. Some of the duvet covers also had visible stains. We even found Cheerios under and beside the mattress on one of the bunk beds. The resort in the community is beautiful and has great amenities. However, we were disappointed that outside food and even bottled water were not allowed. Having to purchase all food and drinks inside, where prices were very high, felt unnecessarily restrictive and took away from the overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this home.”

“The house was ok. This would have been a decent stay, in regards to house, cleanliness, pool and location. However the management (host) was pretty off. When we arrived we had barely checked in and settled in when a maintenance guy arrived to finish his route. He chnaged several light bulbs and performed other maintenance tasked inside the house and outside. He was a very sweet person but it did interfere with our stay somewhat. We would have let it go and never mentioned it, had we not run into other issues with this host. We asked for a two night extension that was granted and a price was quoted. This price was raised by ~ $100 without explanation or apology. We kindly asked them to honor the previous quote and got no reply. This truly tainted our stay and I would have rated 3.5 stars if I could. I would not stay here again due to the unresponsive host.”

“We reported dirty bedding with photos within minutes of arrival, but the host ignored our concerns. I ultimately had to go to Walmart and buy new bedding so my family could sleep without someone’s hairs and filth on the sheets. We also discovered a clogged toilet that continuously filled with water, likely caused before check-in, and received no assistance from the host. We plunged it and cleaned it. In addition, the AC is locked at 72°F, making the upstairs bedrooms quite warm at night, and the fans were dusty. Had the host taken responsibility and addressed these issues, I would not be leaving this review. The property needs a better cleaning crew and more responsive management.”

“The pool lights did not work and we had a bunch of children with us. They came out to fix it, and it still didn’t work. So the kids couldn’t get in the pool at night because it was too dark. We had hair on our bed and stains on our sheets.”

“We were well satisfied with the property. I wasn’t a fan of the check-in process, why did we have to use a third person software why not just email? It is your property so you can do as you like just my opinion.”

“I usually don’t write reviews however I don’t want anyone to fall into any pitfalls This house did not have any hot water on arrival I contacted maintenance and they told be no one can come and I should shower elsewhere until the guy can arrive. Bathroom didn’t have any lights, the place smelled and as well as they don’t let you lower AC lower than 72 so you will have a muggy sweaty room. There is a lot more I can write however enough said”

“There were several concerns that impacted our overall experience: • There was trash outside the home when we arrived, which set an unfortunate first impression. • The carpet throughout the home was excessively stained and appeared unclean. • The stove did not function properly — burners were inconsistent in heating, which caused food to stick and burn, leading us to eat out more often than planned. • Kitchen items (utensils, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, and other appliances) are quite outdated and could benefit from upgrades. the stove oven also had a crack in the glass as well! • The TVs, aside from the movie room, are very small and not aligned with the standard”

“The house was fine other then we were told 5 cars could park in the driveway however no way you can park more then 3 in driveway and if you had more then 3 you couldn’t park Ali g the street except in certain areas which could be far from the house. Also for a house that would sleep 20 people the kitchen didn’t have much cooking utensils or ver many pots and pans. It is 12 miles from Disney however it takes 45 mins to get there with traffic and all the 4 way stops.”

“The place was clean. It held our family. This was the first place I have ever been to that did not supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, or dishwasher detergent. No communication on where to put the trash. I feel like there should be a welcome book with a list of stuff to do at check out, how to find and utilize the amenities on the property. Visitors should not have to wait until the day before to get the check out info. The pool is also able to be heated. We do not remember upon booking of that being an option to add on.”
