“Overall, we really enjoyed the house and want to reiterate that we had a wonderful trip. Communication was excellent, the house was spacious and even with 18 of us occupying the space, we didn't feel overcrowded. The pool was lovely, and the air conditioner worked great. The house could have been a bit cleaner, I felt that you could tell it wasn't a family home and that it is a home that is booked out for rentals. I want to end off again by reiterating that communication was great, any issues that we brought to their attention, they quickly got someone to come out and help us which was wonderful. The maintenance guy that came out was incredibly helpful. I would recommend the property! Also, I felt the pool area was very private from the neighbors which was really nice.”

“The pool lights did not work and we had a bunch of children with us. They came out to fix it, and it still didn’t work. So the kids couldn’t get in the pool at night because it was too dark. We had hair on our bed and stains on our sheets.”

“Had petrol go cart issue with next door. VH did deal with this and give us small amount of compensation for one day but neighbours inconsiderate with their many cars/trucks and parked partially infront of our drive and continued to drive noisey go cart but not as much after our complaint. VH Advised us to report it but I insisted they sort out the issue with security, which they did. We had ants inside but easily bought spray to get rid of these. Around patio doors and windows needed good clean. Quite dirty. Some Patio pavers needed relaying alongside pool as bad trip Hazzard. Fridge faulty when getting ice and water. Inside walls and carpets need some TLC. Bathrooms clean. Bedding good and beds comfy. Large spacious house not too far from local restaurants, shops and parks. Some heavy traffic first thing due to nearby schools. Expected more for what we paid. Hosts very communicative and polite. Some night time party noise after 10pm from neighbouring villas but didnt affect our sleep.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here at Reunion. This is our 5th visit to reunion in the last couple of years and this was one of the best accommodations we have had so far. The house was clean, spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We really felt at home for our holiday. The pool and pool area was what sold it to us and it didn’t disappoint. There were plenty of comfortable chairs and sun Loungers to enjoy the outdoor space and gas bbq and fire pit were an added bonus. The view over the golf course was good and not in the line of fire as in some houses we have previously stayed at where balls were landing in the pool left right and centre , so made for a more relaxing pool experience this time lol. The kitchen was well equipped and had all you would need to self cater, although we dined out most days. We would definitely look to stay here again.”

“We were well satisfied with the property. I wasn’t a fan of the check-in process, why did we have to use a third person software why not just email? It is your property so you can do as you like just my opinion.”

“I usually don’t write reviews however I don’t want anyone to fall into any pitfalls This house did not have any hot water on arrival I contacted maintenance and they told be no one can come and I should shower elsewhere until the guy can arrive. Bathroom didn’t have any lights, the place smelled and as well as they don’t let you lower AC lower than 72 so you will have a muggy sweaty room. There is a lot more I can write however enough said”

“There were several concerns that impacted our overall experience: • There was trash outside the home when we arrived, which set an unfortunate first impression. • The carpet throughout the home was excessively stained and appeared unclean. • The stove did not function properly — burners were inconsistent in heating, which caused food to stick and burn, leading us to eat out more often than planned. • Kitchen items (utensils, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, and other appliances) are quite outdated and could benefit from upgrades. the stove oven also had a crack in the glass as well! • The TVs, aside from the movie room, are very small and not aligned with the standard”

“This house is not at all a good place to vacation specially with the fees . The house itself was incredibly dirty , and unsanitary. There was trash left from previous visitors on the grill and the grill was not cleaned. The sheets were very stained and unwashed , bugs were on them .The tubs had hair on the drain and the shower curtains had dirt and stains. The dishes were all dirty not a single usable one. The sink had a very pungent sewage smell. We had to do all the cleaning ourselves in order to be able to stay , we washed the sheets and dishes multiple times. The only accurate thing was the view. We reached out immediately and were ignored by vacansa and then air bnb tried to help and they told them they had sent help which they never did. This ruined our trip and would not recommended this place.”
