“The house was ok. This would have been a decent stay, in regards to house, cleanliness, pool and location. However the management (host) was pretty off. When we arrived we had barely checked in and settled in when a maintenance guy arrived to finish his route. He chnaged several light bulbs and performed other maintenance tasked inside the house and outside. He was a very sweet person but it did interfere with our stay somewhat. We would have let it go and never mentioned it, had we not run into other issues with this host. We asked for a two night extension that was granted and a price was quoted. This price was raised by ~ $100 without explanation or apology. We kindly asked them to honor the previous quote and got no reply. This truly tainted our stay and I would have rated 3.5 stars if I could. I would not stay here again due to the unresponsive host.”

“We reported dirty bedding with photos within minutes of arrival, but the host ignored our concerns. I ultimately had to go to Walmart and buy new bedding so my family could sleep without someone’s hairs and filth on the sheets. We also discovered a clogged toilet that continuously filled with water, likely caused before check-in, and received no assistance from the host. We plunged it and cleaned it. In addition, the AC is locked at 72°F, making the upstairs bedrooms quite warm at night, and the fans were dusty. Had the host taken responsibility and addressed these issues, I would not be leaving this review. The property needs a better cleaning crew and more responsive management.”

“Our family had a great stay at this condo. It’s well situated to both the water park and the splash pad nearby which is great for young families. Would definitely book again.”

“What a wonderful stay! It’s a beautiful, spacious corner unit. When we were in the home, we felt like we were completely secluded. Very relaxing, family friendly stay. Would love to stay again!”
