“We had a wonderful stay in this spectacular home! The kids absolutely loved the game rooms and the pool, and the beautifully themed bedrooms made our vacation even more special. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and very well maintained. The only downside was the bedding. Although the sheets smelled clean, several beds looked as though they had already been slept in because they were wrinkled and not neatly made. Some of the duvet covers also had visible stains. We even found Cheerios under and beside the mattress on one of the bunk beds. The resort in the community is beautiful and has great amenities. However, we were disappointed that outside food and even bottled water were not allowed. Having to purchase all food and drinks inside, where prices were very high, felt unnecessarily restrictive and took away from the overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this home.”

“The pool lights did not work and we had a bunch of children with us. They came out to fix it, and it still didn’t work. So the kids couldn’t get in the pool at night because it was too dark. We had hair on our bed and stains on our sheets.”
