“The pool lights did not work and we had a bunch of children with us. They came out to fix it, and it still didn’t work. So the kids couldn’t get in the pool at night because it was too dark. We had hair on our bed and stains on our sheets.”

“My family had a wonderful time! The house was spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. I loved that there were so many towels provided to us. The clubhouse was great with things to do like the arcade, massage chairs, a gym, the pool, basketball court. park, lazy river, etc. I felt really safe having on-site security at all times. We felt right at home at the end of each day, and on our days we did nothing but relax!”
