“Overall, place was nice. Only issue being, most of the bunkbed tvs wouldn't turn on and the toaster only had "burnt" setting. Did have pots and pans but they were very limited”

“Beautiful home. Though the air was stuffy in some of the rooms, overall it was comfy and my children enjoyed their stay. The check-in procedure was rather tedious. Since we arrived late due to traffic, we checked in at the gate and had to make a u-turn just to drive around the property because the gates within the community were closed. Moreover, once we arrived at the property, we discovered the access code was incorrect. We reached out to the host multiple times via the number they provided in an email but they chose not to respond. Being displaced for a long time because the host chooses to only respond within the Airbnb app is ridiculous especially when they provided their number for “faster response times”. Once we initated contact through Airbnb, the host responded with a new code. There was nothing friendly nor apologetic about the situation. Also, the WiFi is iffy at best in the home. Toiletries are bare and nonexistent in some of the bathrooms and throughout the home.”

“Beautiful home. Pool was great. The only few complaints we had was it was hard to keep cool during the day, kitchen supplies are very limited (no hot pads) and we had red ants in the Frozen bedroom.I think a better cleaning around the bed would clear that up. Otherwise, great place and fantastic amenities.”

“The house was not very clean, and there were quite a few features and fixtures falling off the walls that need some maintenance. Also, if you’re booking this place expecting to use the splash pad at the community pool, be aware that it is currently closed off.”

“Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. There were not enough bath towels or pool towels provided, which was inconvenient for our group. The listing also didn’t provide any games or entertainment options, and there was no beach equipment available, which we had expected would be helpful for a vacation stay. Overall, we felt the property was lacking some basic amenities that would have made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. We hope the host takes this feedback into consideration for future guests.”

“The home is breathtaking and looks just like the pictures. We enjoyed watching a movie outside while using the pool. Unfortunately, the looks were the only part that met our expectations for the price. The WiFi was unreliable throughout our stay. Our devices and the home’s TVs couldn’t stay connected, movies kept cutting out, and we had to use our own hotspots. We’re only a family of three; I can imagine this being an even bigger inconvenience for a larger group. We would have passed on the home had we known. Communication was also disappointing. We never heard back after reporting the internet issue, and had to follow up ourselves about something else. We received plenty of automated messages, but little help when we needed it. Pool heating was another $35 per day, and using the grill required a request and a $100 charge.”

“The apartment is beautifully built and well-designed, but it suffers from several infrastructure issues. During our stay, the electricity didn't work in some rooms, a main window wouldn't close, and the water was barely hot. Despite the potential, the house is simply not properly maintained.”

“Unfortunately many of the amenities listed were not functional until our last night in the home. Including broken door locks leaving unsecured sliding doors to the pool. The big screen outside didn’t work. No lights in the pool or pool deck. Spa jets didn’t work, theater tv didn’t work. We contacted host immediately & each day they promised to come but didn’t show until 6pm the night before checkout. This was very disappointing. Airbnb gave us a partial refund but we would’ve preferred to just have a functioning house for our children & family.”

“The space was ok, at first. When we arrived there was a bug man spraying at 5:00p.m.. About two nights in, we saw a huge cockroach in the bathroom as well as some babies in the second bedroom. After contacting the host, basically the host said they would have a person come out to inspect. As a former bug man I did some inspections and found several dead roaches under the fridge and in the cabinets. I could tell there is an issue in the building. Also, there was only one remote for bedroom this as well as no curtains for the living room or hallway windows. The host simply said, "There are curtains in the bedrooms." The bed was extremely uncomfortable. we left after a few days and only recieved a partial refund. The location was great but that's about it.”
