Florida Fun's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Honestly, the stay was disappointing. The place was much smaller than expected, and having to pay extra for parking (50$) was frustrating. The bathroom door was also broken and didn’t lock, which was very inconvenient. The host was also difficult and unnecessarily annoying to deal with, which made the experience worse. The rooftop was really the only part I enjoyed and honestly the only major positive. Other than that, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.”airbnb

“Unfortunately many of the amenities listed were not functional until our last night in the home. Including broken door locks leaving unsecured sliding doors to the pool. The big screen outside didn’t work. No lights in the pool or pool deck. Spa jets didn’t work, theater tv didn’t work. We contacted host immediately & each day they promised to come but didn’t show until 6pm the night before checkout. This was very disappointing. Airbnb gave us a partial refund but we would’ve preferred to just have a functioning house for our children & family.”airbnb

“The home was absolutely beautiful, and we were very impressed upon arrival. However, there were several issues. We paid extra for a heated pool, but it was cold when we arrived, only actually got heated on the last day. Some furniture felt unstable, and the pool table was leaning with loose legs that appeared to be held together with cardboard. For a 4-night stay, only 1 paper towel roll and 1 trash bag was provided, and the Wi-Fi in the game room was unreliable. Communication toward checkout was a bit frustrating. I asked for a late checkout because I was traveling with 4 small children and was initially told the home was booked, although it still showed available online. I was eventually given 1 extra hour, but because that wasn’t enough time with 4 kids, I paid to extend the stay so we wouldn’t have to rush. Overall, the home is beautiful, but the maintenance, supplies, and communication could definitely be improved.”airbnb

“what i thought was going to be a condo come to find was just a another hotel room labeled as condo. there is no smoking permitted on property premises which could've been explained from the beginning. the bathroom shower was extremely small.can not even take a proper shower without my back touching the wall.”airbnb

“The space was ok, at first. When we arrived there was a bug man spraying at 5:00p.m.. About two nights in, we saw a huge cockroach in the bathroom as well as some babies in the second bedroom. After contacting the host, basically the host said they would have a person come out to inspect. As a former bug man I did some inspections and found several dead roaches under the fridge and in the cabinets. I could tell there is an issue in the building. Also, there was only one remote for bedroom this as well as no curtains for the living room or hallway windows. The host simply said, "There are curtains in the bedrooms." The bed was extremely uncomfortable. we left after a few days and only recieved a partial refund. The location was great but that's about it.”airbnb

“Unfortunately, the WIFI didn’t work the entire 5 days. The whole house runs on WIFI. We couldn’t use any TV, including the giant TV above the pool or the movie theatre. I was down for a work conference and brought my entire family. I couldn’t even do work in the Airbnb. Additionally, the pin ball machine and air hockey table didn’t work. There was a giant gap under the front door, with being in Florida, where lizards and snakes could easily slide through. There was black mold in one of the bathrooms upstairs, nails sticking out of the Mickey Mouse room, and pool water level was very low. The place is very well designed and beautiful. Kitchen functionality was lacking with limited cooking pans. Overall, they were quick to response, but it was very generic and there was no solution to the WIFI problem while we were there. We would definitely stay at the resort again, but not book Florida Fun Tourism again.”airbnb

“I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I’ve been using Airbnb for years and this was one of my worst experiences. We paid over $2,000 for a week-long stay while attending a cheer competition and immediately ran into issues, including an unclean toilet and sheets in one bedroom that clearly had not been changed and looked like the bed had just been remade after use. Parking was also a problem, and one night after returning from Disney Springs we had to park very far away due to no available spots. We were told a pack and play would be provided but it was not there on arrival and had to be requested and delivered the next day. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the pool was extremely warm and not refreshing, and only two towels were provided per bathroom which was not enough. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, especially for the price.”airbnb

“Location was great. House is nice for larger families. But Unfortunately our stay was less than ideal. It’s obvious no one really cares for the property- trash everywhere inside, flies, broken blinds and broken game room. TVs don’t work well. Many false ‘automated messages’ sent mentioning things such as a ‘heated pool, access to amenities’ but once I was in the non-refundable window, it was made apparent these automated messages were wrong an there was no way to heat the pool and no amenities included. Frustrating to receive such false information. It’s obvious a large corporation owns the property and didn’t care much for helping out their paying customer. I don’t think it’d be too much trouble to provide a guide for how the TV works, local things to do, local places to eat, etc.”airbnb

“The amenities do not work. The pool was not heated even though we paid ahead of time. The fire pit had no gas. The movie theatre projector did not work. WIFI DOES NOT WORK! TVs don’t work because of the WIFI. Not worth your stay.”airbnb

“Where do I begin, check in was a nightmare. Waited in line for an hour to be greeted by a rude security guard who said our name was not on the reservation. Had to get out of line and wait for the host to respond, waited another 30 min. The pool and spa did not work, went 5 day without being able to use the pool, it was literally broken upon check-in. Sent videos, pictures and clear proof to Airbnb and the host. Kept being told it would be fixed, it was never resolved until the 5th day. Also the location was not ideal, so far away from anything, the resort amenities were subpar, the gym was flooded with kids so we were unable To use it. Also we had to wait in a long line to get into the property. Overall, this place is not worth it; broken amenities, loud unruly neighbors, and a meh resort community. Should have stuck with Marriott. Regret booking this place, it literally ruined our vacation.”airbnb
