“It was a good place to stay”

“Everything was great. The rooftop was breathtaking. Host responded very quickly and was very helpful.”

“Honestly, the stay was disappointing. The place was much smaller than expected, and having to pay extra for parking (50$) was frustrating. The bathroom door was also broken and didn’t lock, which was very inconvenient. The host was also difficult and unnecessarily annoying to deal with, which made the experience worse. The rooftop was really the only part I enjoyed and honestly the only major positive. Other than that, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.”

“We chose this condo because of the location to the Miami Arts Charter School, since my daughter was attending a dance intensive for the week. Location was convenient and walkable to so many things, and we never ran out of things to do. While we were staying during the week of the 19-26, the sargassum at the beaches was quite bad... no problem! We loved spending every day at the clean rooftop pool and hot tub. The condo had almost everything we needed inside, including nice matching sets of kitchen amenities- just be sure to bring your own oils and spices if you plan to cook! Unfortunately, we did have a few issues. The required paperwork was not included with the instructions to check in sent a few days prior. After an almost 15 hour car ride this was quite frustrating- especially after finding out parking was valet only when it was listed as free.”
