First Choice Florida Vacation Rentals

First Choice Florida Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.76 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We had a great time overall at Marty’s place. It was super comfortable, well set up, and had everything we needed. The coffee maker broke during our stay and we received a replacement the next day. We recommend this place for anyone who wants to get a quiet getaway.”airbnb

“The location was amazing, many locally owned businesses. We enjoyed the Sunrise Brew Coffee shop nearby, the coffee was great and the food was tasty. The location to the beach was phenomenal, we walked each day. The condo itself was a little outdated but definitely had everything we needed for a 4-5 nights stay. The biggest issue we had was the shower situation. We had 2 showers but only could run the water in one at a time making showers after a day at the beach a bit challenging. The pool was nice, warm and plenty of seating. Overall, we would stay here again for the convenience and the owner was kind and very responsive.”airbnb

“The best part of this apartment is the location. We enjoyed being right on the beach and watching the sunrise from the balcony. The apartment complex is also very quiet. The apartment is as pictured. Minor negative would be low shower pressure but I still give this 5 stars. Be sure to bring shampoo, bath soap and coffee.”airbnb

“The home itself is exceptional and in an amazing location if you’re looking for a welcoming home in a cute beach town. We booked this home for a weekend of concerts at the Amp & some family time, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay. There were a few accommodations missing that we typically expect Air BnBs to provide that were not (especially being hosts ourselves), i.e., beach chairs (at least a couple for the number of people the house sleeps/being located at the beach), toiletries (none provided/available), couch blankets, etc.. Additionally, after check-out, the host accused us of causing damage to the blinds, as well as having a dog in the pool, and that these would result in pending charges. Neither of these events occurred during our short stay & we communicated this with certainty, however, we will still be charged. Finally, there was no leeway for an early check-in / late check-out (even 30min) without a charge, which we found a bit strict/unhelpful.”airbnb

“This unit is not going to win any beauty contests. The fixtures, finishes and furniture are all out of date and nothing matches, but the view is amazing and it was clean. The complex is very quiet and you can tell most people are owner occupants, not renters. The location was perfect for our purposes. Our biggest issue was that we had no central AC when we arrived. There was one temporary unit in the primary bedroom, but it would only cool the bedroom when the door was shut. The rest of the unit was over 80. Tuesday they brought a second temporary unit., but it didn’t even keep the living room cool. The guest rooms and bathrooms continued to be very uncomfortable, even at night. The AC finally got repaired on Friday afternoon between 3-5pm. We checked out Saturday morning before 8. The host gave a 10% credit for 90% of our time being without central air and 70% of the space having no ac. Plus we had techs enter the space 3x over 5 days. It definitely made our trip less than enjoyable.”airbnb
