First Choice Florida Vacation Rentals

First Choice Florida Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

We had a wonderful week at the beach. Love how close we were to the beach itself, short walk. Nice complex amenities, pool and hot tub were nice and clean.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We loved that it was within walking distance to the beach, which made it so easy with our family. The pool was also a huge bonus and was perfect for relaxing after spending time at the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We had a wonderful week! The condo was just as described. We loved the easy access to the beach and were able to enjoy the beach daily. We will be booking this location again in the near future!!

Marty's place was It was peaceful, quiet, close to the pool, and not far from the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 in the 3 bedrooms with a large living room/ dining room. Kitchen was open and easy to access but utensils were scant, with only a few large spoons and basic cookware. We cook a lot of our own meals, so we had to improvise. The beds were very comfortable, however the door to the master's bedroom was so squeaky, it woke up everyone if we opened it! The home was clean and felt comfortable during our stay with the exception of being hot when we arrived (took until midnight for the house to cool off due to thermostat set at 77 on a hot day). We enjoyed the convenience of a close parking space and the ability to easily drive into St. Augustine for day trip. Overall this is a great place to stay for a beach stay and for exploring the town!!

Great space for family and friends. Rooms on second story stair way did not have the best air circulation if any at all. House in need of deep cleaning but over all met our families needs for the time spent.

Marti communicated very well with us. It is a cute cottage and clean, but not well thought out. It was basically an uncomfortable space. Awkward eating area. I kept hitting my head on the misplaced light fixture. (my fault for not remembering it was there. lol) Microwave was a bit wonky. Hard to use. No icemaker. Coffee machine leaked all over the wood floors. Luckily, I got up during the night and saw it and was able to clean it up without damage to the wood floor. So, we just ordered a cheap one and had it delivered. Marti did offer to pay for the new one. The main bed was very soft and lumpy. Skimpky linens. We didn't take our beach tent to the beach, bc there was an umbrella in the storage shed, but when we got to the beach, it was broken. I told Marti about it, he said to put it back in the storage shed???? What??? Very stingy with dishwasher and laundry pods Cheapest toilet paper. With a little money spent and some updating, it could be a 5 star

The home itself is exceptional and in an amazing location if you’re looking for a welcoming home in a cute beach town. We booked this home for a weekend of concerts at the Amp & some family time, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay. There were a few accommodations missing that we typically expect Air BnBs to provide that were not (especially being hosts ourselves), i.e., beach chairs (at least a couple for the number of people the house sleeps/being located at the beach), toiletries (none provided/available), couch blankets, etc.. Additionally, after check-out, the host accused us of causing damage to the blinds, as well as having a dog in the pool, and that these would result in pending charges. Neither of these events occurred during our short stay & we communicated this with certainty, however, we will still be charged. Finally, there was no leeway for an early check-in / late check-out (even 30min) without a charge, which we found a bit strict/unhelpful.
