“We had a great stay! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and right on the beach. It had helpful kitchen basics, easy check-in, and convenient parking. We loved the nice gated pool with plenty of seating. Plus, it was less than five minutes from the amphitheater, which was perfect for our weekend trip. Highly recommend!”

“We come to the area every year and this was our first time staying in this home. The house was fine but was extremely hot — the front door had no seal so air was coming straight through and there were no curtains on the front windows to block the sun. The second bedroom also had two twin beds not a queen as listed. Our kids really enjoyed the outside area but it was extremely dangerous. The stairs are wobbly and have screws popping up in multiple spots. Not to mention the wood entry way completely fell off last night. Thankfully no one got hurt. The house definitely needs some attention and for that reason we would not return.”

“Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing stay. The home had numerous cleanliness and maintenance problems, including live and dead ants, spiders, cobwebs, bugs in the sinks, and dead roaches on the patio. There was also a strong bug spray odor throughout the home. The shower had what appeared to be black mold, and there was also mold in the HVAC vents. The drain was clogged with hair, there was hair on the bathroom faucet, and the bed sheets were stained. We also noticed gaps in the walls and flooring, broken blinds, and smoke detectors that were not functioning. Due to the combination of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns, we checked out the next morning. We requested a refund based on the condition of the property, but the host declined. We strongly advise against booking this property.”

“Great view of ocean but in desperate need of an upgrade in deep cleaning. In addition, Marty is trying to blackmail me by saying that he won’t post negative things about me if I don’t post about him. I have the evidence of that communication.”

“The home itself is exceptional and in an amazing location if you’re looking for a welcoming home in a cute beach town. We booked this home for a weekend of concerts at the Amp & some family time, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay. There were a few accommodations missing that we typically expect Air BnBs to provide that were not (especially being hosts ourselves), i.e., beach chairs (at least a couple for the number of people the house sleeps/being located at the beach), toiletries (none provided/available), couch blankets, etc.. Additionally, after check-out, the host accused us of causing damage to the blinds, as well as having a dog in the pool, and that these would result in pending charges. Neither of these events occurred during our short stay & we communicated this with certainty, however, we will still be charged. Finally, there was no leeway for an early check-in / late check-out (even 30min) without a charge, which we found a bit strict/unhelpful.”
