“Marty's place was nice. The bedrooms are spaced out and private. The family area was big enough for our family of 8. It was great to have a private pool and a short walk to the beach. Our family had a fun vacation and the house helped make that happen. Be ready for stairs.”

“We had a wonderful time. The porch and location were perfect for us. We had beautiful sunrises most every day. The beach was in view and the pool was excellent. We were worried about the rains from hurricane but Isaia rains didn't really effect us much since they happened at night or they didn't last very long. The street on the way to the nearby Publix was flooded but we drive a truck so we made it with no problems. Also the water was down by the next day. The stairs were a problem for one of our guest. But we knew about the stairs and it wasn't a problem for anyone else. It's a townhouse so there was steps to go upstairs as well as steps to the condo. Marti posted a picture of them so we knew about them. But since we were upstairs we had a nice private porch and great views from our bedroom as well. Also one lamp in one of the bedrooms didn't have a bulb but we were too busy swimming and having fun to worry about it. Overall quite wonderful and we will come back!”

“We loved the house and the location! Easy to walk downtown. Having a parking space was definitely a plus. Our only issues were minimal: -ice maker non-functional -one roll of toilet paper for our stay -we were given 2 little silver dollar sized soap chips that I’m not quite sure I would qualify as “soap” and some odd body wash-next time bring your own soap and shampoo. -the stovetop kinda worked but don’t plan on making any grand meals Overall, would I come back? Absolutely! It’s a great place!”

“Cute 2 bedroom lower level stay 6 houses from the beach. Clean, comfy inside. Besides that nice place and good location.”

“We had a great stay! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and right on the beach. It had helpful kitchen basics, easy check-in, and convenient parking. We loved the nice gated pool with plenty of seating. Plus, it was less than five minutes from the amphitheater, which was perfect for our weekend trip. Highly recommend!”
